Abstract

A rim for fixing plate, of distinctive marks of cars relates to vehicle devices and can be used for fixing a state number of cars. A rim relates a back plate (1) and a front band (2), which correspond with a mentioned plate, which are connected by top line with a hinge - shaped joint and by lower line with fastener elements, which are covered on band in a work position. A rim is made from polypropylene by moulding method and one- piece with elastic strip (3), which correspond hinge - shaped joint and with fastener hooks (4). Fixers (9) are made in an end wall for fixing of a table at a back plate (1).

Description

The invention relates to vehicle equipment, in particular to the affixing of vehicle identification plates and can be used, for example, to affix license plates to vehicles.

There is a known frame for attaching a car identification plate, 10 consisting of a rim of a car mount that clamps the plate with the distinguishing marks. The edging itself is made with decorative components.

Known frame for attaching a car identification plate, having upper, lower, left and right frame rim portions from which the frame is folded and adjusted so that the identification marks are best visible on the vehicle. (U.S. Patent Publication No. US64343977, published June 12, 2001).

There is also a known frame for mounting a car identification plate having a rear portion attached to the car bumper and a rigidly profiled U-shaped rim which has a slot in its upper part for inserting the identification plate into said rim profile (U.S. Pat. US4707937, published Nov. 24, 1987).

In its technical essence, the frame for fixing the car's identification plate has a close part, which has a back part, which is attached to the car, and a rim corresponding to its perimeter (Design Registration No. 1537 of the Republic of Lithuania).

The closest is the frame for the car's identification plate, consisting of a rear wall and a front bezel corresponding to its perimeter, where the rear wall is hinged to the top line with a hinged joint, and the bottom line is clamped to the rim with two stapling elements. (DE utility model, Publication No. 29501956U, dated 23-03-1995). The rear wall has holes and protrusions of various sizes to give the frame stability and rigidity.

The basic requirements for this technical solution are that the frame must be: providing the best visibility of the signs cheap, easy to install, securely attached to the car, stable plate with identification marks, easy to clean.

None of the above known frames optimally meet these criteria. For example, frame according to the design registration no. 1537 is made up of two separate parts which require two rather expensive shapes to cast. Tables with identification marks are fastened with screws placed between the mark which reduces the visibility of the marks. Mounting to the car body is quite complicated.

With regard to the frame according to the German utility model published in Publication No. 29501956U, its main disadvantage is that the back plate is connected to the rim by two screws, which can relax the vibration. Unscrew bolts to replace plate. This increases the cost of service. Also, the frame is heavy because of the small number of holes.

The object of the invention is to provide a frame which can be molded in one piece without any additional parts, which are easy to install and operate comfortably.

To accomplish this purpose, a frame is provided for mounting the car's signboard, consisting of a rear panel with holes and stabilization protrusions and a front rim corresponding to its perimeter, interconnected by a hinge in the upper line and by a lining in the lower line. The frame is characterized by the fact that it is made of polypropylene by a one-piece molding together with elastic bands corresponding to the hinge-like joints and fastening elements. The back plate has molded latches for attaching the edges of the car identification plate to the back plate. The fasteners are made as hooks, which are released on the elastic band on opposite sides of the collar, so that, when the frame is bent, they are behind a partition formed on the back plate parallel to the inner border of the frame, corresponding to the table corresponding to an exception made by casting in the back plate between its periphery and said baffle. The back plate has holes:

- the technology required to produce protrusions during the casting (staples and latches);

- mounting for mounting the frame to the vehicle; and

- material savings.

The frame's working position has a length to width to thickness ratio of approximately 4: 1.0.11. Where there is more than two joints in the form of elastic bands, the former and the last one shall be at least twice as wide as the rest. The surface of the cover may be smooth, not necessarily having silk-screen printing, or it may be embossed, molded.

Such a frame can be cast in a single mold, without the need for additional 5 measures, which significantly reduces its production costs and improves product quality. The overall design, together with the latches, baffle support surface, hooks and stabilizing protrusions, securely secures the plate with the car's distinctive markings in the frame and prevents it from vibrating, allowing easy mounting to the car by hiding bolts under the table. The frame is lightweight and sturdy for optimal hole selection.

Specific example.

The frame for the registration plates of cars is a polypropylene product. Bound frame dimensions: 530 mm long, 133 mm wide and 12 mm high.

The width of the opened frame is 268 mm. The frame is made of one piece, made of polypropylene, with paint of the desired color. After casting, fold half-cord 2 by folding it onto the back plate 1. The outer surface of cord 2 can be smooth or embossed.

Banners are placed on a flat surface by silkscreening and embossed during molding. The back plate is made of holes of various sizes, bumps and information notes. The protrusions on the back plate provide stability and rigidity.

The notes indicate the material, the recyclability, the manufacturer and the date of manufacture of the frame material.

The frame is attached to the car through 11 holes in the rear panel.

The plate with the license plates of the car is attached to the rear plate with ten latches (4 on top and bottom and 1 on each side). Finally, the front decorative rim is folded. It is fastened with 4 hooks from below. From above, the fixation is ensured by five elastic strips 3, which, in line with the upper line, connect the rear plate 1 with the rim 2, the first and the last of which are at least twice as wide as the middle ones. They also serve as hinges.

Comparing the offered frame with the frame according to the German utility model No. 29501956U, this frame is cheaper and lighter because it requires less polypropylene, less labor intensive, because the frame does not require any additional parts and tools. There are no other elements on the outer surface of the frame that allow this area to be used for advertising or decorative purposes.

DEFINITION OF INVENTION A frame for mounting a car identification plate consisting of a back plate (1) with apertures (10, 11, 12) and stabilization projections (13) and a circumferential front rim (2) interconnected by a hinged joint at the top line, and, in the bottom line, by means of fastening elements, characterized in that the frame is made of polypropylene molded together with elastic bands (3) corresponding to hinge-like connections and fastening elements, while the back plate also has molded fasteners (9) for automotive signs for the attachment of the margins to the rear panel (1). Frame according to claim 1, characterized in that the fastening elements are made as hooks (4), which are molded in a wrap around the slightly elastic feet in front of the inner wall (5) of the wrap, so that when folded they are behind the partition (6) formed on the back. plates (1) parallel to the inner wall (5) of the frame rim which corresponds in its back to the plate to be inserted with the distinguishing marks as a support surface (7) and to the hooks (4) the recesses (8) made by casting on the rear plate (1) and baffles (6). 3.
