Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cow's feed composition which improves milk quality by reducing the amount of somatic cells in milk, and to the use of lysozyme and other lysing enzyme preparations such as lysozyme G3x and lysosubtilin G10x in the manufacture of a feed composition.
Pagal ES pastarųjų metų reikalavimus SLK piene, skirtam žmonių maistui, negali būti didesnis nei 300.000 ląstelių/ml.The quality and composition of milk depends on many factors: feed quality and feeding technique, milking, cow breed, physiological status of animals, etc. Somatic cell count (SLK) is one of the main indicators of cow's milk quality. Somatic cells are always present in milk. When the SLK exceeds 300,000 cells / m, the quality of milk decreases. SLK greater than 300,000 cells / ml indicates that the cow's udder is irritated or unhealthy. According to 2000 In Lithuania, SLK must not exceed 400,000 cells / ml in the highest quality milk, up to 500,000 cells / ml in the first grade milk and 700,000 cells / ml in the second grade milk. SLK milk for human consumption must not exceed 300,000 cells / ml according to EU requirements in recent years.
From another perspective, SLK is an indicator of the immune status of cows. When the SLK in milk exceeds 300,000 cells / ml, it can be argued that the cow's immune system is unable to withstand external influences / infection. Therefore, increasing cow's resistance to environmental factors is also one of the possible ways to reduce SLK in milk and improve milk quality. For this purpose, various materials may be used which are administered to the animal in the same feed. These could be micronutrients and / or vitamins, which have a clear positive effect on the immune system, but other substances can be used. For example, feed additives containing Chinese tea powder and / or extract as the active ingredient are used to reduce SLK milk (JP 7 075 506); powder of extract of plant Quillaja saponaria (EP 1 219 178). The effectiveness of these techniques is not great.
Mes gi siūlome kaip pašarų priedus naudoti fermentinius preparatus. Žinoma, kad fermentai, kaip pašarų priedai, naudojami: pašaro konservavimui (karbohidratus skaidantys fermentai ) (EP 0 346 909); pieno sekrecijos bei neriebalinės sausų medžiagų dalies padidinimui (celiuliazė, ksilanazė, dekstranazė, amilazė, pektinazė, proteazė) (US 4 144 354). Patentinėje publikacijoje EP 1 043 028 A1 aprašytas fitazės panaudojimas mastito, kaip somatinių ląstelių piene priežasties, gydymui. We suggest using enzyme preparations as feed additives. Enzymes are known to be used as feed additives for: feed preservation (carbohydrate-degrading enzymes) (EP 0 346 909); to increase milk secretion and non-fat solids (cellulase, xylanase, dextranase, amylase, pectinase, protease) (US 4,144,354). EP 1 043 028 A1 describes the use of phytase for the treatment of mastitis as a cause of somatic cells in milk.
Tačiau nė vienas iš čia paminėtų fermentų neturi ryškaus poveikio gyvulių imuninei sistemai. However, none of the enzymes mentioned herein has a significant effect on the immune system of animals.
Siūlome naudoti tokius fermentus, kurie įgalintų ženkliai padidinti karvių organizmo rezistentiškumą o ir tuo pačiu turėtų ryškų poveikį SLK piene sumažinti ir pieno kokybei pagerinti. Tai galėtų būti lizuojantys fermentai, tokie kaip lizocimas, kurie, ardydami virškinimo trakte esančių mikrobinių ląstelių sieneles, atpalaiduoja imuninę sistemą stimuliuojančias medžiagas - muropeptidus, lipopolisacharidus, β-gliukanus ir kt.We suggest the use of enzymes that can significantly increase the resistance of cows and at the same time have a significant effect on reducing SLK in milk and improving milk quality. These could be lysing enzymes, such as lysozyme, which release immune stimulants such as muropeptides, lipopolysaccharides, β-glucans, and the like by breaking down the microbial cell walls of the gastrointestinal tract.
The present invention provides for the use of lysozyme G3x and lysosubtilin G10x as a source of lysing enzymes. These are proteinaceous preparations and are therefore digested like other proteins after oral administration and fulfillment of their function. They are non-toxic, do not accumulate in the body, have no side effects, and do not form micro-organisms resistant to antimicrobial agents.
Preparato lizociminis aktyvumas yra 300±30 vnt/g.Lysozyme G3x is an enzyme preparation obtained by drying the culture fluid of deep-grown Bacillus subtilis bacteria in a spray dryer. It is a light gray, water-soluble powder. The lysozyme activity of the preparation is 300 ± 30 units / g.
Lysosubtilin G10x is a complex enzyme preparation obtained by precipitation of acetone in the culture fluid filtrate of deep-grown bacteria Bacillus subtilis. It is a fine, light gray or beige water soluble powder. The lysing activity of the preparation shall be not less than 1000000 units / g. It also contains amylolytic and proteolytic enzymes.
Pagal šį išradimą į įprastinius karvių pašarus įmaišoma 100-500 mg/kg gyvulio masės, geriausia, 200 mg/kg gyvulio masės lizocimo G3x, ir sušeriama kartą dienoje. Karvės šeriamos tokiu mišiniu bent 5-30 dienų.According to the present invention 100 to 500 mg / kg of animal weight, preferably 200 mg / kg of lysozyme G3x, is added to conventional cow feed and is administered once daily. Cows are fed this mixture for at least 5-30 days.
Pagal kitą išradimo atvejį į įprastinius karvių pašarus įmaišoma 10-50 mg/kg gyvulio masės, geriausia, 20 mg/kg gyvulio masės lizosubtilino G10x, ir sušeriama kartą dienoje. Karvės šeriamos tokiu mišiniu bent 5-30 dienų.According to another embodiment of the invention, 10 to 50 mg / kg animal weight, preferably 20 mg / kg lysosubtilin G10x, is added to conventional cows feed and is administered once daily. Cows are fed this mixture for at least 5-30 days.
Pagal dar vieną išradimo atvejį į įprastinius karvių pašarus įmaišoma 200 mg/kg gyvulio masės lizocimo G3x ir 20 mg/kg gyvulio masės lizosubtilino G10x ir sušeriama kartą dienoje. Karvės šeriamos tokiu mišiniu bent 5-30 dienų.In another embodiment of the invention, 200 mg / kg lysozyme G3x and 20 mg / kg lysosubtilin G10x are added to conventional cow feeds and are administered once daily. Cows are fed this mixture for at least 5-30 days.
įprastinis karvių pašaras yra toks, kuris gerai žinomas šios srities specialistui. Tai gali būti racionas, susidedantis iš šienainio, siloso, šieno, šiaudų, saladino, cukrinių runkelių, kombinuotųjų pašarų, mineralinių vitamininių priedų, laižomosios druskos. Ganykliniu laikotarpiu karvių racioną gali sudaryti ganyklų žolė, saladinas, kombinuotasis pašaras, laižomoji druska.conventional cow feed is one that is well known to those skilled in the art. It can be a diet consisting of hay, silage, hay, straw, saladine, sugar beet, compound feed, mineral vitamin supplements, licking salt. During the grazing period, the cow's diet can consist of pasture grass, saladin, compound feed, licking salt.
Pieno tyrimai atliekami žinomais šioje srityje metodais. SLK nustatomas kiekvienai karvei individualiai, naudojant, pavyzdžiui, prietaisą “Somascope”. Pašarų priedo pagal šį išradimą teigiamas efektas, sumažinant SLK piene, įvertinamas SLK po bandymo, lyginant su pradiniu kiekiu, procentais.Dairy tests are carried out using methods known in the art. The SLK is set individually for each cow using, for example, a Somascope instrument. The positive effect of a feed additive according to the present invention in reducing SLK in milk is evaluated as a percentage of the post-test SLK relative to the starting amount.
Siūlomos pašarų kompozicijos naudojimas bent 10 dienų sumažina SLK karvių piene daugiau nei tris kartus ir tuo pačiu reikšmingai pagerina pieno kokybę.Using the proposed feed composition for at least 10 days reduces SLK in cow's milk by more than three times, and at the same time significantly improves milk quality.
