Gamybos būdas sudėtingas, brangus, reikalauja daug darbo sąnaudą nes reikia gaminti karkaso prototipą po to, pagal pagamintą prototipą reikia gaminti liejimo formą kurioje iš poliuretano liejamas karkasas. Poliuretanas, naudojamas karkasams lieti, yra brangi medžiaga. Be to, šiuo būdu gaminant karkasus, yra nedidelė karkaso formų pasirinkimo galimybė, nes negalima suformuoti plonų dalių ar smailių kampą kurie gali greitai nulūžti, todėl negalima pagaminti sudėtingą pavyzdžiui, susuktos formos karkasą o tai tuo pačiu riboja įvairesnių modernaus dizaino baldų gamybą.The production method is complex, expensive, and labor intensive because of the need to produce a prototype of the carcass, after which the production of a mold in which the carcass of polyurethane is molded is required. Polyurethane used to mold carcasses is an expensive material. In addition, there is a small choice of frame shapes in this way, since thin sections or pointed corners can not be formed, which can break quickly, making it difficult to produce, for example, a twisted frame, which limits the production of more modern furniture.
The known carcass of a sofa and its method of production have these disadvantages. It is difficult to cast and match parts of a more complex shape to form a continuous frame. Polyurethane used for molding a carcass is an expensive material. Limited choice of frame shapes, as thin parts or pointed corners cannot be formed, as they can break quickly, preventing the production of a sophisticated frame such as a twisted frame while limiting the production of a variety of modern design furniture. The known production method is suitable for mass production and is not suitable for the production of original unit furniture frames.
The object of the present invention is to extend the possibility of obtaining a wide variety of curved and / or twisted shapes with convex and / or concave carcasses enabling the production of modern upholstered furniture in small batches, and to reduce and simplify their production.
Uždavinio sprendimo esmė yra ta, kad minkštų baldų karkase, turinčiame pagal pasirinktą baldų modelį atitinkamą jo karkaso modelį, susidedantį iš atraminės ir sėdimos dalią turinčių sujungimo elementus, skirtus minėtoms dalims sujungti ir atskirti, o atraminė dalis turi lenktą su įgaubimais ir/arba išgaubimais erdvinę formą nauja yra tai, kad karkaso atraminė dalis yra sudaryta iš atitinkančių karkaso formą skersinių santvarų iš atsparios lankstymui ir lūžimui medžiagos, kurios nuosekliai išdėstytos pagal karkaso ilgį ir tarpusavyje sujungtos tvirtinimo elementais, sudarant karkaso atraminės dalies griaučius, kurie užpakalinėje pusėje iš esmės per visą jo aukštį papildomai sutvirtinti, apgaubiant karkaso atraminės dalies užpakalinę pusę pagal jos formą iš esmės lygiagrečiai išdėstytais išilginiais spyruokliuojančiais profiliais, ant kurių uždėtos ir pritvirtintos . standžios juostelės, išlyginančios karkaso pavirsią iš išorės minėta karkaso atraminė dalis suveržiant apjuosta tamprios medžiagos juostomis, o karkaso sėdimoji dalis turi rėminę konstrukcijąThe essence of the problem is that the upholstered furniture frame having its frame model corresponding to the chosen furniture model, consisting of support and seating members for joining and separating said parts, and the support part having a curved spatial and concave shape the new shape is that the frame support is made up of matching frame-shaped transverse trusses made of a bend-resistant and tear-resistant material that is sequentially spaced along the frame length and interconnected by fasteners to form a frame support member extending substantially over its entire rear. further reinforcing the height by encircling the rear of the frame support with substantially parallel longitudinal spring profiles on which they are mounted and fixed. rigid strips leveling the surface of the carcass from the outside, said carcass support part being wrapped around elastic material straps, and the seating part of the carcass has a frame structure
Constructing skeleton frames from transverse trusses conforming to the shape of the frame by means of bending and tear resistant material, which are consistently spaced and interconnected by fasteners according to the length of the frame, extends the ability to produce a variety of curved and / or twisted frames with concave and / or convex modern upholstered furniture in small batches, and cheapen and simplify the production of this furniture. Covering the frame with rigid bands, wrapping them with elastic bands, ensures that the rigid bands fit on the surface of the truss frame and, at the same time, allows for a smooth, rounded and stable shape of the desired frame.
The transverse trusses of the frame support are made of glued plywood.
This material is inexpensive, strong for fracture and bending and therefore, when cutting and / or bending it, transverse and / or rounded and / or pointed and / or twisted shapes with a concave and convex fracture skeleton can be obtained.
Skersinės santvaros tarpusavyje sujungtos apatinėje, vidurinėje ir viršutinėje dalyse kietmedžio tvirtinimo kaladėlėmis. The transverse trusses are interconnected at the lower, middle and upper parts by hardwood mounting blocks.
Šis sujungimas paprastas bei užtikrina karkaso atraminės dalies stabilumą.This connection is simple and ensures the stability of the frame support.
Skersinių santvarų viršūnės sujungtos jas gaubiančiu spyruokliuojančiu profiliu, į kurį glaudžiai remiasi tarp santvarų išdėstytos viršutiniosios tvirtinimo kaladėlės, atitinkančios santvaros viršūnių dalių formą.The tops of the transverse trusses are joined by an enveloping spring profile, which is closely supported by the upper mounting brackets disposed between the trusses, corresponding to the shape of the truss tops.
••
Pasiūlytas santvarų viršūnių tvirtinimas jas gaubiančia viela, suteikia karkaso modeliui taisyklingą formą padidina sudėtingos formos stabilumą ir smailių kampų atsparumą lūžimui. The proposed reinforcement of the truss tops with the enclosing wire gives the carcass model a regular shape, increases the stability of the complex shape and the resistance of pointed corners to breakage.
All said spring profiles are made of spring wire of appropriate thickness.
Santvarų viršūnių sujungimas spyruokliuojančia viela bei lygiagrečių spyruokliuojančių vielų pritvirtinimas prie karkaso atraminės dalies užpakalinėje jos pusėje padidina karkaso formos stabilumą ir atsparumą įvairioms mechaninėms deformacijoms.Joining the truss tops with a spring wire and attaching parallel spring wires to the back of the frame support increases the frame's form stability and resistance to various mechanical deformations.
The rigid material strips are cardboard strips which are laid on said parallel wires substantially perpendicular thereto and attached to the backside of the frame support by forming.
Šios juostos sudaro lygų užapvalintą paviršių ir neleidžia karkasui įlinkti į vidų. Ši medžiaga nebrangi, nesudėtinga ją tvirtinti. These strips form a smooth rounded surface and prevent the frame from sliding inwards. This material is inexpensive and easy to attach.
The frame structure of the seating part of the frame has essentially the same geometric top and bottom frames of glued plywood, interconnected by horizontal and vertical fasteners, and built-in spring elements.
In the method of manufacturing upholstered furniture frames, where the desired furniture model is selected, the corresponding curved shape with convex and / or concave form is formed according to the selected model with the possibility of joining and separating its support and seat parts, the new is the frame structure then forms the structure of the frame support part by modeling and producing rigid transverse trusses corresponding to the model of the frame support structure, which are arranged according to the length of the frame sequentially according to the chosen frame frame shape and temporarily secured to the frame , then joining and securing the trusses with fasteners, further securing the rear of the frame supporting member substantially throughout the height, substantially parallel to the length of the frame the profiles then separate the support from the seat, cover said reinforced support with bands of rigid material and externally wrap around the straps of elastic material, then connect the seat and support to the frame.
Karkaso gamybos būdas įgalina nebrangiai pagaminti įvairių lenktą suktų ar kitokių sudėtingų formų vienetinių minkštų baldų stabilius ir atsparius mechaniniams poveikiams karkasus. The method of manufacture of the frame allows to produce inexpensively stable and mechanical-resistant frames of various upholstered furniture pieces of curved or other complex shapes.
The shape of each truss is modeled according to the chosen frame model with the help of a computer program to obtain the necessary cuts and stencils. It is a quick and easy modeling of complex shapes of wireframes.
After temporarily attaching the trusses to the seating frame structure, first join the lower and middle parts of the trusses, then reinforce the tops with the spring profile and install the upper mounting brackets.

The frame of the upholstered furniture shown in Fig. 1 consists of a support part 1 and a seat part 2 (Fig. 2). The skeleton of the seat frame 2 is made up of two substantially equal dimensions of a respective curved upper frame 3 and a lower frame 4, which may be cut, for example, from plywood. Upper and lower frames 3 interconnected and secured by vertical fasteners 5 and horizontal fasteners 6 made, for example, of hardwood. The vertical fasteners 5 are rectangular-shaped 5a and Π-shaped 5b. At the front of the seat frame 2, the outer wall of the vertical fasteners 5 is convex. The seat frame is equipped with springs, such as horizontal zigzag springs, as standard. The skeleton of the frame support part 1 is composed of transverse trusses 7 of various shapes corresponding to the profile of the frame to be formed, each having a locking notch 8, and at its lower part securing elements 9 for the frame support part 1. 2. The adjacent trusses 7 are interconnected in the lower and middle parts by rectangular fastening blocks 10 of hardwood. The tops of the trusses 7 are surrounded and joined from above by a spring wire 11, about 5 to 6 cm thick, which is partially housed in the respective recesses made at the tops of the trusses and secured by clamps 12 to the upper part of the trusses 7. At the top, adjacent trusses 7 are joined by fastening blocks 13, the form of which is selected so that the upper edge of each block 13 is flush with the wire 11 above it and its ends are flush with the sides of the trusses 7 between which it is inserted. The blocks 13, for example, are fastened by means of metal staples 14 to the respective ends of the trusses 7 and connected by clamps 15 and secured with a spring wire 11, which gives the frame model a regular stable shape. At the rear of the skeleton support, the skeleton is provided with substantially parallel spring profiles, such as spring wires 16, extending substantially throughout the height of the skeleton, which partially accommodate and engage in respective grooves 17 at the rear outer portion 18 of each truss 7. The reinforced frame support member is enclosed at the rear by a panel 19 of cardboard, which is arranged substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal spring wires 16, leveling the outer surface of the frame. The frame support part 1 is surrounded by strips of resilient material 20, ensuring that the cardboard strips 19 fit snugly against the frame skeleton and finally smoothing and stabilizing the frame support part. In the case of upholstered furniture, the frame support part 1 is covered with a layer of foam or latex and the material is exterior. The seat frame part 2 is covered with a layer of felt and covered with a layer of foam and the selected material is covered. Covered material, the seat and support members 1 and 2 of the carcass are interconnected with the option of separating them and the legs are attached to the seat.
Minkštų baldų karkasas gaminamas šiuo būdu. Parenka gaminamo karkaso atraminės ir sėdimos dalių erdvines formas 1 ir 2. Kompiuterinių programų pagalba būsimą baldų modelį (Fig.1) vertikaliais ir horizontaliais pjūviais padalina į atskiras dalis. Jas atitinkamai apdorojus gauna santvarų 7 išklotines. Pagal pasirinktą sėdimos dalies formą iš klijuotos faneros išpjauna du vienodus sėdimos dalies rėmus, t.y. viršutinįjį rėmą 3 ir apatinįjį rėmą 4, kuriuos sujungia kietmedžio tvirtinimo kaladėlėmis 5. Sėdimos karkaso dalies 2 priekiniame krašte tvirtinimui naudoja kaladėles su išgaubta išorine sienele, o vietose, kuriose bus fiksuojamos santvaros 7, tvirtinimui naudoja Π - formos tvirtinimo kaladėles 5b ir stačiakampes kaladėles 5a. Po to standartiniu būdu tvirtinamos spyruoklės, pavyzdžiui, horizontalios zigzaginės. Upholstered furniture frame is manufactured in this way. Selects the spatial shapes 1 and 2 of the supporting and seat parts of the manufactured carcass. Using computer programs, divides the future furniture model (Fig.1) into vertical and horizontal sections. After proper treatment they get 7 trusses. According to the selected seating shape, two identical seating frames are cut from the glued plywood, i.e. the upper frame 3 and the lower frame 4 interconnected by hardwood mounting brackets 5. For fixing the seating part 2 at the leading edge, use the convex outer wall brackets, and at the places where the trusses 7 will be fixed, use the Π-shaped brackets 5b and the rectangular brackets 5a. . This is followed by standard springs, such as horizontal zig-zags. Later, according to the modeled truss linings, the plywood is cut or formed by bending transverse trusses 7 (nerves), which give the frame the desired profile. Each truss 7 forms a locking notch 8 and, on its lower part, secures fastening elements 9 for fastening the support part 1 to the seat part 2. The truss 7 is arranged in sequence according to the selected shape of the frame support part 1 and temporarily fastens. to the upper and lower frames 3 and 4 of the seat part 2 at their fasteners 5b. The adjacent transverse trusses 7 (for nerves) are interconnected by anchoring blocks 10 of hardwood of corresponding length. The tops of the trusses 7 (nerves) are then enveloped and joined by partially inserting into the recesses formed at the top of the trusses a thick 5-6 mm heat-treated steel wire 11 secured by aluminum tin clips 12 to the tops of the trusses 7, providing a regular and stable frame support. part model shape. Subsequently, according to the convexity of the wire 11 and the shape of the upper part of the trusses 7, the upper brackets 13 connecting the trusses 7 are cut, which are joined by metal staples 14 to the upper ends of the trusses 7, finally securing the upper part of the frame support part 1. Subsequently, at the rear of the skeleton support 1, substantially parallel spring wires 16 are arranged along the entire length of the skeleton along its length, which are secured in the truss grooves 17 and secured to the trusses 7 by staples 18, wrapping the rear side with parallel wires. The frame support is then separated from the seat and further processed. 3-5 cm wide cardboard strips 19 are then placed perpendicular to the wire mesh and then wrapped around the support of the carcass by tightening a strip of elastic material 20 to ensure that the cardboard strips 19 fit snugly against the wires. cover and, where necessary, glue a layer of foam or latex, and then cover the selected material. The seat part of the carcass is also covered accordingly. After that, the frame sits and the support members are re-joined and the legs are secured.
