Abstract

Universal decorative protective means against the noise relates to care of public health, in particular to individual protection instruments and may be used for protection ears against the noise not requiring a separate case and serving as a decoration. An object of the invention is to provide effective protection means against the noise. It comprises an earring, a pad laying under a decorative part of the earring which protects an ear from contact with the earring. The pad is made from elastic material and has a frame and may be blew up by regulation means.

Description

Our device is multifunctional, versatile, belongs to the group of personal protective equipment for human health and can be used to protect the ears from the effects of noise without requiring a separate case and serves as a piece of jewelry.

Known ear plugs (Leight H.S., U.S. Pat. No. 05727566 A), which plug earplugs to suppress noise. However, these devices have the disadvantage that they require a carrying case that needs space in their handbag, pocket or wherever else they are carried. Using them for an extended period of time may irritate the very thin, tender skin of the earlobe and may develop dermatitis.

Known ear muffs (Mccafferty P., International Publication No. WO 97/21407), which cover the ears with noise. They also need a case or packaging to be placed where they are used during the use of the device.

The goal is to create a more effective ear protection.

This is achieved by the creation of a universal decorative noise protection device. Our previously developed devices (Mačiūnas E., Genytė L., application LT 99075, Mačiūnas E., Genytė L., application LT 2000 025), whose details are multifunctional universal use, are more effective because they are more economical in terms of functionality, so and cheaper, in some respects, more comfortable to operate. However, the choice of these technical solutions is not abundant and their functions are different.

We have achieved this goal by creating a multipurpose multipurpose tool that also performs a function of noise protection. It is a universal decorative protection against noise. It consists of a press-on earring, which can be a solid material whose function is to decorate the ears, an inflatable elastic gasket located beneath the earpiece has a gentle surface that protects the ear skin from contact with the earpiece material. The purpose of the gasket is to cover the earlobe and protect against noise when inflated and, when not inflated, protects the ear skin from contact with the hard, decorative part of the instrument.

The drawings show the constructional details of our customized decorative noise protection device. The noise protection individual decorative feature works this way. It is fastened to the ear by a clamping mechanism 5 as an earring with a decorative part 1 upwards (Fig. 1) and worn as a piece of jewelry.

When accessed in a noisy environment, the gasket 4 is unscrewed to cover the earlobe, the air inflating pear 2 is pressed, which is like a decorative element movably mounted in the decorative part 1 and connected to the inflatable gasket 4. Pressing the air inflating pear 2 gasket 4, but cannot escape from there until the blown pear 2 is set to a certain position. Since the spacer 4 has a frame 3, it fits well to the ear. The surface of the Gasket 4 is soft and gentle, so it presses the air pressure against the surface of the ear to mimic its irregularities, providing better sound insulation and equally good fit for people of all sizes and configurations. Because the spacer 4 is integrated into the earpiece decorative part 1, it does not require a case for storage.

Knowing that there is a tool that can decorate their ears and protect them from noise, they have the opportunity to choose the tool they have created. When wearing these tools in the noisy environment, the gasket 4 is unscrewed so that when the earlobe is covered, the air pear 2 is pressed, the gasket 4 fills the air, covering the earlobe and impairing the audibility of the noise.
