Abstract

This invention is referable to medicine and can be used in cases of respiratory deficiency to guarantee trachea transience. The purpose of the invention is to facilitate trachea secretion (mucous) suction, control breathing device connection, reduce trauma of surgery and possibility of inflammation abscess complications. Tracheostomy tube consists of two half cylinders (1,2) interconnected with guide sledge and hollow. The proximal end of the tube ends with convex hooks. The tube's hermetisation and positioning devise is used, which is made of threads and an interconnecting sleeve with four notches (3) and a screw-retainer (4). A tip is attached to the distal end of the tube (5), it is intended for the controlled breathing device or anaesthesia device connection. A cross bar is equipped in the proximal internal surface of the convex hook (6), it is intended for orientation of the probe (catheter).<IMAGE>

Description

Išradimas priskirtinas medicinai ir gali būti panaudotas, esant kvėpavimo nepakankamumui, trachėjos praeinamumui užtikrinti. The invention relates to medicine and can be used in respiratory failure and tracheal passage.

TSRS a. I. 1 780 728, TPK A61B 17/24).A known tracheostomy tube is made up of two interconnected semicylindrical cylindrical cylindrical bodies having orientation bulges and depressions. The proximal end of the tube ends with convex hooks. Two couplings with different diameters and volumes were used for sealing and fixing the pipe. The smaller diameter sleeve has a notch which is screwed in (see former USSR a. I. 1 780 728, TPK A61B 17/24).

Žinomo tracheostominio vamzdelio trūkumas tas, kad prakišamas zondas-kateteris j trachėjos spindi gleivių atsiurbimui nesudaro reikiamo posūkio ir traumuoja užpakalinės trachėjos sienelės gleivinę, nepatogus valdomo kvėpavimo aparato prijungimas. The disadvantage of the known tracheostomy tube is that the probe-catheter punctures into the trachea to shed mucus suction and does not rotate the mucous membrane of the posterior tracheal wall, and the inconvenient connection of a controlled breathing apparatus.

Išradimo tikslas - palengvinti trachėjos sekreto (gleivių) atsiurbimą, valdomo kvėpavimo aparato prijungimą, sumažinti operacinės traumos, uždegiminių-pūlinių komplikacijų galimybę.The purpose of the present invention is to facilitate suction of tracheal secretions (mucus), connection of a controlled respiratory apparatus, reduction of the risk of surgical trauma and inflammatory-abscess complications.

Šis tikslas pasiekiamas tuo, kad tracheostominiame vamzdelyje, susidedančiame iš dviejų puscilindrių, tarpusavyje sujungtų orientaciniais iškilimais ir įdubimais, proksimaliniame gale užsibaigiančių išgaubtais kabliukais, tvirtinimo vamzdelio prie trachėjos priemonę sudaro sriegiu sujungtos tarpusavyje keturias išpjovas turinti mova ir veržlė-fiksatorius, viršutinio išgaubto kabliuko vidiniame paviršiuje pritvirtintas skersinis strypaskreiptuvas, o distaliniame puscilindrių gale - antgalis. This object is achieved by the fact that in the tracheostomy tube consisting of two semicylinders interconnected by orientation protuberances and recesses terminated by convex hooks at the proximal end, the trachostomy tube comprises a threaded interconnecting sleeve with a four-notched sleeve and a nut-locking insert a transverse rod guide is attached and a nozzle at the distal end of the semicylinders.

Išradimas iliustruojamas brėžiniu: 1 pav. - tracheostominio vamzdelio dalinis pjūvis, 2 pav. - tracheostominio vamzdelio vaizdas A (iš šono). The invention is illustrated in the drawing: FIG. - Partial section of the tracheostomy tube, Fig. 2. - View A (side view) of tracheostomy tube.

The tracheostomy tube is composed of two semicylinders 1 and 2 interconnected by a series of guiding protrusions and concavities. The proximal end of the tube ends with convex hooks. A means for sealing and fastening the tube consists of a threaded coupling 3 with four notches and a nut-retainer 4. A nozzle 5 is provided at the distal end of the tube for connecting a controlled breathing or anesthetic device. A transverse rod 6 is provided on the inner surface of the proximal convex hook for orienting the probe (catheter).

Du tracheostominio vamzdelio puscilindriai 1 ir 2 išgaubtais kabliukais užkabinami už žaizdos kraštų trachėjoje. Mova 3 prispaudžia aplinkinius žaizdos audinius, o veržlė-fiksatorius 4 sriegiu tvirtai sujungia puscilindrius. Reikalui esant, valdomo kvėpavimo arba narkozės aparatai prijungiami distaliniame vamzdelio gale pritvirtintu antgaliu. Įvedant zondą (kateterį), orientavimas atliekamas viršutinio išgaubto kabliuko vidiniame paviršiuje įtvirtintu skersiniu strypu 6.Two half-cylinders 1 and 2 of the tracheostomy tube are attached by convex hooks behind the wound edges of the trachea. Sleeve 3 clamps the wound tissue around, and nut-lock 4 threads the semicylinders together. If necessary, controlled breathing or anesthetic devices are connected by a nozzle attached at the distal end of the tube. For insertion of the probe (catheter), orientation is achieved by a transverse rod 6 mounted on the inner surface of the upper convex hook.

The claimed invention, compared to the prior art (see former USSR a.l. 1780728, TPK A61B 17/24), is more convenient to use, does not damage the tracheal mucosa, provides protection against inflammatory-abscess complications and more conveniently connected controlled respiratory or anesthetic apparatus.
