Abstract

Viršutinio žandikaulio padėties, apatinio žandikaulio smilkinių sąnarinių galvučių rotacinių ašių atžvilgiu, registravimo būdas ir registravimo aparatas, skirti registravimui ir perkėlimui į laboratorinį artikuliatorių ir/arba skaitmeninį kramtymo simuliatorių. Sistema apima specialią klinikinę okliuzinę šakutę, apimančią registro laikiklį, veido centro liniuotę ir veido šonų liniuotes. Sistema taip pat apima laboratorinę okliuzinę šakutę, apimančią registro laikiklį ir šonines liniuotes, kurių tarpusavio padėtis iš esmės atitinka klinikinės okliuzinės šakutės registro laikiklio ir šoninių liniuočių laikiklių tarpusavio padėtis. Priklausomai nuo to ar sistema yra naudojama skeletinės simetrijos ar asimetrijos atvejais, yra naudojamas įprastinis arba modifikuotas artikuliatorius. Modifikuotas artikuliatorius, naudojamas skeletinės asimetrijos atveju, apima keičiamą individualią jungtį tarp artikuliatoriaus apatinės dalies ir vienos iš artikuliatoriaus šakų su šarnyrine jungtimi. Registravimo būdas apima minėtų okliuzinių šakučių naudojimą skeletinės simetrijos ir skeletinės asimetrijos atvejais.
