Abstract

Gumos atliekų perdirbimo būdas pirolize šilumos nešiklio terpėje, kai nešiklio temperatūra nuo 400 iki 700 laipsnių Celsijaus, ir kai papildomai vykdo šilumos nešiklio tiekimą tiesiogiai į reaktoriaus darbo kamerą, prieš pakraunant į reaktorių gumosatliekas iš anksto talpina transporto priemonėje, kurią patalpina į pakrovimo kamerą, o po pirolizės - į aušinimo kamerą, kur aušina pirolizės produkto kietąją fazę, ir ištraukia transporto priemonę iš aušinimo kameros tolesniam iškrovimui. Gumos atliekų perdirbimo įrenginys, turintis šilumos energijos nenutrūkstamo padavimo į reaktoriaus darbo kamerą priemonę vamzdyno forma, kurio, mažiausiai, viena dalis išdėstyta taip, kad turi galimybę tiesiogiai kontaktuoti su kaitinimo įrenginiu ir turi išėjimą į reaktoriaus darbo kamerą, pakrovimo kamerą, aušinimo kamerą, turinčią aušinimo terpės padavimo priemonę, ir gumos atliekų pakrovimo priemonę ir pirolizės produkto kietosios fazės iškrovimo priemonę, sukonstruotas kaip transporto priemones, be to, reaktorius taip pastatytas, kad jo ašis išsidėsto horizontaliai. ą
