Abstract
본 고안은 보강부(12)와 요홈부가 나선권회로 구성된 배수로관(PE나선관)에다 외토압 보강 및 연결부위의 누수방지를 위한 제품과 그의 제조장치에 관한 것으로서 종래에는 요홈부가 나선권회로 되어 있어서 누수방지를 위하여 요홈부의 일측에 별도로 누수방지용 발포체나 연질고무를 삽입시킨후 방수시트와 연결소??을 공지의 방법으로 조여주는 불편함이 있는바 본 고안은 외토압 보강과 아울러 누수 방지를 위한 목적으로 요홈부에 보강부(12)와 상호 보완되는 단면이 V형 보강대(4)(4')를 형성하되 간헐적으로 돌출대(2)를 구성시켜준 제품과 이의 실시예에 대한 고안이며 이의제조장치는 절곡부(11)가 구성된 절곡용기어(10)을 종래의 압출기의 다이스(13)와 성형기(14)에 조립시켜서 본 고안의 배수로관을 성형할 수 있도록 구성된 고안이다.The present invention relates to a product for the external pressure reinforcement and leakage prevention of the connection portion and a manufacturing apparatus thereof in a drainage pipe (PE spiral pipe) consisting of a reinforcement part 12 and the recess groove in the spiral winding circuit, and the groove portion is conventionally a spiral winding In order to prevent water leakage, there is a inconvenience to tighten the waterproof sheet and connecting pipe by a known method after inserting a water-resistant foam or soft rubber on one side of the groove part.
