Abstract
본 발명은 고압 방전등용 전자식 안정기에 관한 것으로 전원 및 정류회로(1)를 통해 확보된 직류전원은 직렬공진에 의해 고주파수(약 30KHZ)의 교류를 생성하는 인버터회로(3)에 공급되며, 이 인버터 회로는 FET가 동시에 통전 될 수 없도록 비 통전시간(DEAD TIME)이 확보된 회로가 내장되어 있고 거의 영전압 하에서 FET를거동시키는 인버터 게이팅회로(2)에 의해서 스위칭 된다. 인버터회로(3)를 통해 발생된 고주파수의 교류는 방전등(5)에 공급되어 나트륨들, 메탈할라이드등 및 수은등과 가은 고압방전등을 점등 유지시킨다. 또한, 방전등의 냉음극간에 초기 방전을 위하여 고압을 발생하는 점등회로(4)는 SIDAC을 사용하여 기존 SCR방식보다 회로를 한층 간소화 시켜 소형화를 추구하였다.The present invention relates to an electronic ballast for a high-pressure discharge lamp, the DC power secured through the power supply and rectifier circuit (1) is supplied to an inverter circuit (3) for generating alternating current of high frequency (about 30KHZ) by series resonance, the inverter The circuit is switched by an inverter gating circuit 2 having a built-in circuit having a dead time so that the FET cannot be energized at the same time and operating the FET at almost zero voltage.
