송신기에서 코드화된 도로정보 및 지역정보를 도로안전신호로 송출하고 수신기에서 이들 정보를 디코딩하여 출력함으로써 운전자에게 각종 영상정보 또는 음성 정보를 제공할 수 있는 도로안전신호 송/수신장치 및 그 제어방법이 제안된다. 이 시스템은 각 부를 초기화하고 정보저장부로부터 도로정보 및 지역정보를 읽어내어 상기 정보들을 직렬비트 스트림으로 코딩하는 제1 스텝과; 상기 코딩된 정보들은 RF 증폭 및 변조부로 전송하고 상기 전송된 정보들을 RF 변조신호로 변환한 후 캐리어 주파수에 실어주는 제2 스텝과; 상기 RF 변조신호로 안테나를 통해 공간으로 방사한 후 다음 신호가 전송될때까지 수초동안 대기하는 제3 스텝과; 상기 RF 변조 신호를 수신하여 설정헤더와 지역정보 및 도로정보를 검색하여 이전에 입력된 코드번호와 동일 유무를 판단하는 제4 스텝과; 상기 제4 스텝에서 코드번호가 일치하지 않을 경우 도로정보코드로부터 읽혀진 음성 데이터를 DSP에 로딩한후 이를 디코딩하여 디지털/아날로그 변환된 음성신호를 증폭 출력하는 제5 스텝과; 상기 제5 스텝후 도로정보코드부로 읽혀진 영상데이터를 DSP에 로딩한후 이를 디코딩하고 디코딩된 영상신호를 표시하는 제6 스텝과; 상기 제6 스텝후 이용자가 음성정보를 재차 요구하면 음성신호를 출력하는 제7 스텝으로 포함하여 이루어진 점에 그 특징이 있다.The road safety signal transmitting / receiving device and control method which can provide various image information or audio information to the driver by transmitting the road information and the area information coded by the transmitter as road safety signals and decoding and outputting the information from the receiver Is suggested.
