Abstract
본 발명은 조미니 시험편을 이용한 강의 비금속 개재물의 현미경 시험 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 강의 경화능 시험 방법(조미니 시험)후의 시험편 끝단을 수직 절단하여 비금속 개재물의 시험을 위한 시험편으로 이용하므로써, 강의 비금속 개재물의 현미경 시험 방법시의 켄칭 경화 과정을 생략할 수 있는 조미니 시험편을 이용한 강의 비금속 개재물의 현미경 시험 방법에 관한 것으로, 강의 경화능 시험 방법(KS D 0206)을 통해 경도 측정된 시험편의 끝단을 강의 비금속 개재물의 현미경 시험 방법(KS D 0204)에 따라 수직 절단하여 켄칭 경화된 시험편으로 사용하는 특징이 있다.The present invention relates to a microscopic test method for nonmetallic inclusions in steel by using a coarse mini test specimen, and more particularly, to a method for testing nonmetal inclusions by vertically cutting a test specimen after a hardening capability test method (coarse mini test) The present invention relates to a microscopic test method for nonmetallic inclusions of steel using a crude min specimen which can omit the quenching process during the microscopic test method of nonmetallic inclusions of steel, Is cut vertically according to the microscopic test method for non-metallic inclusions of steel (KS D 0204) and used as a hardened test specimen.
