Abstract
본 발명은 자동 변속 자동차의 비접촉 토크 측정장치와 이를 이용한 토크 측정방법에 관한 것으로써, 자동변속 차량등의 변속시에 발생되는 회전 토크 변동량을 직접 터어빈 입력축 둘레에 계측장치를 장착하지 않고도 빛의 위상차를 이용하여 정밀하게 입력축에 작용하는 비틀림 변형률을 통하여 작용 토크를 측정하고 이를 제어함으로써 토크 변동으로 인한 변속 쇼크와 터어빈 입력축의 과대 응력 발생을 방지할 수있는 비접촉식 토크 측정장치와 그 측정방법을 제공하기 위하여, 고속으로 회전하면서 동력을 전달한 터어빈 입력축에 직접 부착하지 않고도 빛의 위상차로 축의 비틀림 변형률을 감지할 수 있는 광센서와, 터어빈 입력축의 양단에 일정한 간극을 갖고 체결되어 광원인 빛의 통과 또는 차단을 연속으로 수행하면서 위상차 주기를 감지하는 치차와, 치차를 통과한 광원의 위상차 주기를 광센서에서 검출한 뒤 TCU의 입력처리 인터페이스에서 전기신호로 변환된 작용 토크값을 초기 토크값과 비교 연산한 상대 토크값으로 산출한 후, 설정된 안전 한계 토크값과 비교 처리하여 정확한 토크 제어를 명령하는 TCU가 유압제어 밸브와, 변속제어 밸브 A·B와, 댐퍼 클러치 제어밸브를 구동시키는 것으로써 이루어진 자동 변속 차량의 토크 측정장치와 이를 이용한 토크 측정방법에 관한 발명이다.The present invention relates to a non-contact torque measuring device and a torque measuring method using the same in an automatic transmission vehicle, the amount of rotation torque generated during the shift of the automatic transmission vehicle, such as the phase difference of light without mounting a measuring device around the turbine input shaft directly To provide a non-contact torque measuring device and measuring method which can prevent the occurrence of excessive shock of the shift input and the turbine input shaft due to torque fluctuation by measuring and controlling the working torque through the torsional strain acting on the input shaft precisely For this purpose, the optical sensor can detect the torsional strain of the shaft by the phase difference of light without directly attaching it to the turbine input shaft that transmits the power while rotating at high speed, and it is fastened with a certain gap between both ends of the turbine input shaft to pass or block the light source.
