Abstract
본 발명은 염색업체의 텐터기로부터 배출되는 오염물질을 함유한 배기가스로부터 폐열을 회수하기 위하여 텐터기의배기가스 연도에 열교환기를 설치하고 테프론 코팅한 열교환기의 전열관 배열사이에 정기적으로 물을 공급하여 물 유동층을 형성하므로서 전열관의 표면에 생성된 오염물질을 자동적으로 세척하는 기능을 갖추었다.In order to recover waste heat from the exhaust gas containing pollutants emitted from the tenter of the dyeing company, a heat exchanger is installed in the flue gas flue of the tenter and water is regularly supplied between the heat pipe arrays of the Teflon-coated heat exchanger.
