본 발명은 리니어 압축기의 압축기구부구조에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 플랜지와 실린더가 별도의 부품으로 구성되어 있어 부품을 제작하고 결합하는 과정에서 기계적 공차가 발생하게 되며, 또한 코어라이너를 플랜지에 열박음한 상태에서 인너라미네이션의 철심을 적층하여야 함으로 조립작업이 난해하고 제품의 양산성을 저해할 뿐만아니라 플랜지에 고장이 발생할 경우 코어라이너와 이에 적층된 인너라미네어션도 함께 사용하지 못하게 됨으로 부품을 효율적으로 활용하지 못하는 문제점이 있었는바, 본 발명은 플랜지와 실린더를 일체형으로 형성하고 인너라미네이션을 별도의 부품으로 결합하여 구성함으로써 가공공차나 조립공차에 의한 기계적 공차를 최소화하고, 인너라미네어션을 구성하는 철심 적층이 수월하여 다량생산이 용이하며, 또한 인너라미네이션이 결합된 라미네이션베드와 플랜지부가 형성된 플랜지어셈블리를 별도의 부품으로 형성함으로써 부품의 고장발생시 부품을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a compressor structure of a linear compressor, and in the related art, a flange and a cylinder are composed of separate parts, so that mechanical tolerances occur in the process of manufacturing and combining the parts, and also shrinks the core liner to the flange.
