Abstract

본 발명은 섬유재료에 정향 액기스와 폴리우레탄 수지 또는 우레아 포름알테히드(Urea-formaldehyde) 수지로 제조된 마이크로 캡슐을 바인더 수지로 코팅시켜서 항균성과 소취성 및 방향성이 우수한 섬유재료를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
항균성, 소취성 및 방향성을 갖는 정향 액기스는 천연 식물인 황벽을 메탈올 중에서 처리하여 정향 성분을 추출한 후 이를 농축시켜 제조한다.
바인더 수지로는 실리콘계 수지, 우레탄계 수지 또는 아크릴계 수지가 사용된다.
본 발명의 가공방법은 천연 섬유 및 합성 섬유 등 모든 섬유에 적용 가능 하며, 가공처리된 섬유재료는 항균성, 소취성 및 방향성이 우수하여 이불솜, 메트리스, 쿠숀 등의 침창류, 의류 및 부직포 등의 산업 자재용품으로 사용된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 정향 액기스와 폴리우레탄 수지 또는 우레아 포름알데히드(Urea-formaldehyde)수지로 제조된 마이크로 캡슐을 바인더 수지를 사용하여 섬유재료에 코팅시킴을 특징으로 하는 섬유재료의 항균 및 소취 가공 방법.
  2. 1항에 있어서, 정향 액기스는 천연 식물인 정향을 메탄올 중에서 추출 및 농축시켜서 제조함을 특징으로하는 섬유재료의 항균 및 소취 가공 방법.
  3. 1항에 있어서, 섬유재료는 천연 섬유 또는 합성 섬유임을 특징으로 하는 섬유재료의 항균 및 소취 가공 방법.
  4. 1항에 있어서, 바인더는 수지는 실리콘계 수지, 우레탄계 수지 또는 아크릴계 수지임을 특징으로 하는 섬유재료의 항균 및 소취 가공 방법.
