Abstract

본 발명은 펄세이터 내에 분출팬을 갖는 세탁기에 관한 것으로, 세탁조 내에 회전가능하게 설치되어 있으며, 상면에 세탁수 분출공이 형성되어 있는 펄세이터와; 펄세이터의 외주연부 영역에 세탁조의 바닥면과 접촉하도록 설치되어 세이터의 회전시 세탁조 바닥면과의 접촉에 의해 회전하는 메인롤러와; 펄세이터의 외주연부 영역에 세탁조의 바닥면과 접촉하도록 설치되어 펄세이터의 회전시 세탁조 바닥면과의 접촉에 의해 회전하는 서브롤러와; 펄세이터의 내부에 설치되며, 메인롤러의 회전축에 연결된 팬회전축을 가지고, 펄세이터 내에 유입된 세탁수를 상기 분출공을 통해 상향분출하는 분출팬과; 서브롤러를 세탁조의 바닥면을 향해 탄성적으로 가압하는 탄성가압수단을 포함한다. 이에 의해, 필세이터가 세탁조 바닥면의 정확한 위치에 안착되지 않은 경우에도 메인롤러 및 서브롤러가 바닥면으로부터 이격되지 않게 되어, 분출팬의 수류발생 기능이 오동작 없이 정확하게 수행되는 세탁기가 제공된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 세탁기에 있어서, 세탁조 내에 회전가능하게 설치되어 있으며, 상단에 세탁수 분출공이 형성되어 있는펄세이터와; 상기 펄세이터의 외주연부 영역에 상기 세탁조의 바닥면과 접촉하도록 설치되어 상기 펄세이터의회전시 상기 세탁조 바닥면과의 접촉에 의해 회전하는 메인롤러와; 상기 펄세이터의 외주연부 영역에 상하유동가능하게 설치되어 상기 펄세이터의 회전시 상기 세탁조 바닥면과의 접촉에 위해 회전하는 서브롤러와; 상기펄세이터의 내부에 설치되며, 상기 메인롤러의 회전축에 연결된 팬회전축을 가지고, 상기펄세이터 내에 유입된 세탁수를 상기 분출공을 통해 상향분출하는 분출팬과; 상기 서브롤러를 상기 세탁조의 바닥면을 향해 탄성적으로 가압하는 탄성가압수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성가압수단은, 사기 서브롤러의 회전축에 설치되어 사기 서브롤러의 회전축을하향탄성부세하는 스프링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성가압수단은, 상기 서브롤러의 회전축을 회전가능하게 수용지지하는 관통공을가진 롤러케이싱과; 상기 롤러케이싱을 하향탄성부세하는 스프링부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기.
