Abstract
본 발명의 소수성 토양 개량제는 폐플라스틱류에 저급 탄화수소를 배합 가열한 후, 유화제를 처리함으로써 얻어진 현탁액으로, 토양에 10~75g/㎡의 양으로 살포하면 미립의 플라스틱이 토양공극 속으로 침투하여 입단을 서로 연결시킴으로써, 표면을 소수성으로 바꾸어 수분의 증발을 막고, 강우시 토양의 유실을 억제시킬 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 다른 토양 개량제는 점성이 적은 현탁액이므로 사용이 편리하고, 폐플라시틱류를 재활용한 것이므로 가격이 기존 개량제보다 저렴한 특징이 있다.

Claims (2)
- 폐플라스틱류를 이용한 토양 개량제의 제조에 있어서, 폐플라스틱류를 90~200℃에서 용융시키는 공정; 용융된 플라스틱류에 액체 파라핀과 같은 저급탄화수소 1~3중량%를 배합하고, 2,000~3,000rpm으로 교반하여 겔을 형성하는 공정; 유화제가 1~2중량% 함유된 유화액을 90~100℃로 가열시키는 공정; 및 진탕기에서, 용융시킨 플라스틱 겔과 가열한 유화액을 3,000~5,000rpm으로 혼합 진탕시키는 공정; 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
