본 발명은 오폐수 정화처리방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 자성에 의한 자화 및 전기에너지에 의한 플라즈마에 의해 오염물질을 물분자와 분리시켜 산화효과를 높이고, 이온교환의 촉진으로 화학적 분해결합에 의해 오염물질의 정화효과를 상승되게 한 자화처리에 의한 오폐수 정화처리방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 집수조에 집수된 오폐수를 적외선 방전과 함께 자석의 자장이 발생되는 통로를 통과시키면서 음산소폭기를 가하는 1, 2차 분해로를 통과시킨 후, 다시 공지의 냉각탑을 거쳐 자석의 자장이 발생되는 1, 2차 시약응집조를 통과시켜, 입자상으로 응집된 공해물질을 침전조에 침전시키고, 이를 통과한 정화수를 세라믹 스톤이 내입된 치환조와 탈색조를 통과시켜 정화되게 함을 특징으로 하는 자화처리에 의한 오폐수 정화처리방법과, 집수조로부터 1, 2차 분해로, 냉각탑, 1, 2차 시약응집조, 침전조, 치환조, 탈색조로 서로 연통되게 설치하되, 1, 2차 분해로는 적외선 방전부와 순환펌프를 설치하고, 벽체의 내주벽에 영구자석을 부착하고, 내부 공간부에는 음산소폭기 장치 및 교반자석과 연구자석을 설치 형성하며, 1, 2차 시약응집조에는 벽체의 내주벽에 자석을 부착하고, 내부공간부에 음산소폭기장치와 교반자석을 설치 형성하고, 치환조와 탈색조는 각기 입자용 원적외선 세라믹 스톤을 내입하고 탈색조에는 카본입자를 추가 내입 구성한 장치이다.The present invention relates to a wastewater purification treatment method and apparatus, and in particular, to separate contaminants from water molecules by magnetization by magnetic and plasma by electrical energy, to enhance oxidation effect, and to contaminate by chemical decomposition by promoting ion exchange.
