Abstract

본 발명은 비상등 자동 스위칭장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 비상등 스위치의 온/오프를 구동하는 스위치구동 수단; 브레이크 압력을 감지하기 위한 압력센서; 상기 압력센서의 출력신호에 응답하는 전류신호를 발생하는 압력 전류 변환부; 상기 변환된 전류신호를 디지탈신호로 변환하는 아날로그 디지탈 변환기; 및 상기 디지탈신호를 소정 시간 간격으로 체킹하여 소정의 브레이크 압력이상인 경우에는 비상등 스위치 온신호를 발생하고 이하인 경우에는 오프신호를 발생하여 상기 스위치구동수단을 제어하는 제어부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
따라서, 본 발명에서는 브레이크 압력에 연동하여 비상등 스위치를 자동을 온/오프시킬 수 있어서 비상사태시 뒷차량에게 효과적으로 비상사태를 알릴 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 비상등 스위치의 온/오프를 구동하는 스위치구동수단; 브레이크 압력을 감지하기 위한 압력센서; 상기 압력센서의 출력신호에 응답하는 전류신호를 발생하는 압력 전류 변환부; 상기 변환된 전류신호를 디지탈신호로 변환하는 아날로그 디지탈 변환기; 및 상기 디지탈신호를 소정 시간 간격으로 체킹하여 소정의 브레이크 압력이상인 경우에는 비상등 스위치 온신호를 발생하고 이하인 경우에는 오프신호를 발생하여 상기 스위치구동 수단을 제어하는 제어부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비상등 자동 스위칭장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 비상등 오프제어시보다 온제어시 상기 디지탈신호의 체킹 주기를 더 빠르게 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비상등 자동 스위칭장치.
