Abstract

유입구(14)를 통하여 통공(32)에 삽입된 용접선(40)이 역삼각지점의 안내롤러(13), (13′), (13″)에 의해 곧게펴진 상태로 유출구(11)를 통하여 공급되며 나사선(40)의 휨정도에 따라 조절핸들(20)을 회전시키면 스크류(21)에 의해 안내블럭(30)을 수평으로 이동시켜 용접선의 장력을 임의로 조절하면서 사용할 수 있는 유용한 용접선 안내 장치이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 용접선을 안내 공급하는 장치에 있어서, 일측 끝단에 유입구(14)를 갖고 다른 일측 끝단엔 유출구(11)를 가지며 유입구(14)측 전면의 저면에 용접선 안내블럭(30)용 안내홀(12)이 형성되고 본체(10) 기판(25)의 역삼각형지점에 안내롤러(13), (13′), (13″)가 장설되며 상기 안내블럭(30)을 이동시켜주는 스크류(21)의 일측에는 원반모양의 조절핸들(20)이 장착되고 타측에는 고정링(22)이 핀(23)으로 결합되며 상기 안내블럭(30) 하부의 중앙에는 용접선 관통용 통공(32)이 형성됨을 특징으로 한 용접선 안내 장치.
