Abstract
본 발명은 부력 다단계 조절식 부자와 그 조립 밴드 및 그를 이용한 부력 조절방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 양식시설에 설치된 부자의 부력 보강 및 그 교체작업을 간편하게 실시할 수 있도록 하여 양식장 부력 보강작업에 소요되는 인력 및 시간을 대폭 절감할 수 있게 한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 한 쪽에 다른 부자를 쌓아 올릴 수 있는 편평한 상면(32)과 그 상면의 중심 부분에 표면의 안쪽의 로프 고리(33)를 형성한 지름 방향의 로프 통과홈(34)을 형성하고 다른 쪽에 접합부(35)를 형성한 몸체 두 개를 상기 접합부(35)를 중심으로 일체로 접합시켜서 된 부력 다단계 조절식 부자와, 부자의 상면 또는 하면의 가장자리 부분을 그에 상적된 또 다른 부자의 가장자리 부분과 함께 둘러 감싸기 위해 밴드 몸체의 안쪽에 그 내주면을 따라 길이방향으로 두 개의 이웃하는 요홈(42b)(43b)을 형성하고 그 양끝단에 케이블 타이방식의 암 매듭수단(44b)(45a)과 수 매듭수단(44a)(45b)을 각각 구비하여서 된 부력 다단계 조절식 부자 조립밴드와, 원하는 부력의 크기에 따라 두 개 이상의 부자를 적재하여 조립밴드를 이용하여 상호 조립하는 것으로 부력을 증가시키고, 상기 적재된 부자들을 분리해내는 것으로 부력을 감소시키는 부력 다단계 조절식 부자의 부력 조절방법을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to a buoyancy multi-stage adjustable rich man and its assembly band and buoyancy control method using the same, and in particular, to facilitate the buoyancy reinforcement and replacement of the rich man installed in aquaculture facilities, manpower required for aquaculture farm buoyancy reinforcement work And it will be able to significantly reduce the time.
