Abstract
보조 컨넥터 반체(4, 6)를 가지며 일 반체(6)는 잠금 장치(36)를 가지는 전기 컨넥터 하우징 조립체(2)에 있어서, 상기 이차 잠금(36)은 일체로 형성된 밀폐(46, 48)를 지녀 결합 컨넥터(86) 사이에서 밀폐된 결합을 그 안에서 형성한다. 상기 컨넥터 하우징(6)은 캐치(68)와 결합되는 래치(54)를 또한 가져 터미널이 결합될 수 있는 제1위치와 터미널이 제거되지 않는 제2위치가 유지되는 것을 보장 한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 전기 컨넥터 조립체의 분해도, 제2도는 그 제1위치에 있는 잠금 장치를 보이는 제1도의 리셉터클 컨넥터의 반체의 부분적으로 조립된 상태를 보이는 부분 조립도, 제4도는 그 안에 전기 터미널을 포함하는 제3도의 전기 컨넥터 리셉터클 반도체의 단면도.
Claims (8)
- 그 내부에 전기 터미널(86)을 유지하는 적어도 하나의 터미널 수용채널(45)을 가지는 컨넥터 하우징(30)과 상기 터미널이 그 내부에 유지되도록 보장하는 잠금장치(36)를 포함하여 이루어진 전기 컨넥터(6)로서 보조 컨넥터 반체(4)와 결합하여 컨넥터 조립체(2)를 형성하는 전기 컨넥터에 있어서, 상기 잠금장치(36)는 밀폐(46, 48)를 지고 있어 상기 결합 컨넥터 반체(4)와 밀폐를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 전기 컨넥터(6)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐(46)는 상기 잠금장치(36)와 일체로 형성됨을 더욱 특징으로 하는 전기 컨넥터 조립체(2).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐(46)는 상기 보조 컨넥터를 밀폐하기 위한 내부 밀폐(48)와 상기 잠금 장치(36)가 수용되는 컨넥터 하우징내에서 상기 잠금장치를 밀폐하는 외부 밀폐(46)로 구성됨을 더욱 특징으로 하는전기 컨넥터 조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 내부 그리고 외부 밀폐(46, 48)는 일체로 형성됨을 더욱 특징으로 하는 전기 컨넥터 조립체.
- 전기한 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 컨넥터 하우징(30)은 그 벽으로부터 상기 터미널 수용 채널(45)로 확대되는 래치 아암(92)을 포함하며, 상기 래치 아암(92)은 그 내부로 삽입되었을 때 터미널(86)과 접하는 쇼울더(94)를 포함하며, 상기 잠금 장치(36)는 상기 밀폐(46, 48)가 설치되는 부분을 가지며 탭(44)이 상기 부분으로부터 확장되어 상기 래치 아암(92)과 상기 벽사이에 결합되어 상기 래치 아암(92)이 상기 벽을 향하여 휘어짐이 방지되는 전기 컨넥터(6).
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(30)은 보호부(34)를 포함하고 상기 잠금장치(36)는 포개어 끼워지는 식으로 그 안에 수용됨을 더욱 특징으로 하는 전기 컨넥터(6).
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 보호부(34)는 반대편에서 마주보는 면(70, 72)을 가지는 캐치(68)를 가지며 상기 잠금 장치(36)는 반대로 방향진 접촉 립(76, 80)을 가지는 래치 구조(54)를 포함하며, 상기 래치구조에서 일접촉립(76)은 탄성 래치 아암(56)상에 포함되고 대응하는 면(70)과 결합하여 상기 잠금장치(36)로 하여금 상기 래치 아암(56)이 휘어질 때까지 완전히 삽입되지 못하게 하고 그러므로서 상기 립(76)과 상기 면(70)을 비 접속시키는 그러한 래치 구조인 것을 더욱 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 전기 터미널(86)을 수용하는 하우징(30)과 상기 전기 터미널(86)을 그 안에 유지하는 잠금장치(36)로 구성된 전기 커넥터(6)에 있어서, 상기 잠금장치(36)는 상기 전기 터미널(86)이 상기 하우징(30)내로 삽입될 수 있는 제1위치와 일단 상기 터미널(86)이 완전히 안착이 되면 얻어질 수 있는 제2위치(도 3)를 설정하기 위한 래치 구조(36)를 포함하고, 상기 잠금 장치(36)는 상기 하우징(30)상의 캐치(68)와 간섭하는 탄성 래치 아암(56)의 접촉 립(76)에 의하여 상기 제2위치에 비의도적으로 놓이는 것이 방지되며 상기 간섭은 상기 아암(56)을 휘게 함으로서 해제되고 상기 제2위치가 달성됨을 특징으로 하는 전기 컨넥터.※ 참고사항：최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
