Abstract

본 발명은 사용할 때 접착제(22)에 의해 언더가멘트에 접착되는 생리대, 팬티 라이너 및 실금자용 패드와 같은 통기성 흡수 제품(10)에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 종방향으로 가용성이 있고 제품의 착용자에게 개선된 안락함을 제공하기 위해 언더가멘트에 특히 잘 접착하는 공기 투과성 또는 통기성 배면 시이트를 갖는 제품에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 보호용 측면 플랩이 없는 팬티 라이너의 가멘트 대향면의 평면도를 나타낸다, 제2도는 본 발명의 다른 양태에 따른 보호용 측면 플랩을 갖는 생리대의 가멘트 대향면을 나타낸다.

Claims (10)

  1. 가멘트 대향면을 갖는 통기성 배면시이트 및 흡수 코어, 및 선택적으로 보호용 측면 플랩을 포함하는 언더가멘트 내에 사용되는 가요성 및 통기성 흡수 제품으로서, 가멘트 대향면이 제품을 언더가멘트에 부착시키는 접착제를 포함하고, 이때 접착제는 실제의 접착면을 갖고, 접착제가 가멘트 대향면의 둘레를 넘어 연장되지 않으면서 접착제를 감싼 무한 선의 최단선 내부에 이론적인 접착면을 한정하고; 매면시이트가 내부층 및 외부층을 포함하고, 이때 내부층이 외부층보다 흡수 코어에 보다 밀접하게 위치하고; 외부층이 중합성 섬유로 구성된 소수성, 기체-투과성 섬유 패브릭 층을 포함하고; 내부층이 소수성, 기체-투과성 중합 필름을 포함하고; 실제 접착면 대 가멘트 대향면의 표면 비율이 0.2 내지 0.8의 범위이고; 이론적인 접착면 대 가멘트 대향면의 표면 비율이 보호용 측면 플랩이 없는 제품의 경우 0.6 내지 1.0의 범위이고, 보호용 측면 플랩이 있는 제품의 경우 0.5 내지 1.0의 범위이고; 변형된 ASTM D 1388에 따라 측정시 1300mg×cm 내지 500mg×cm의 가요성을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 흡수 제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가요성이 2000mg×cm 내지 3500mg×cm의 범위인 흡수 제품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 가요성이 2000mg×cm 내지 3000mg×cm의 범위인 흡수 제품.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이론적 접착면 대 가멘트 대향면의 표면 비율이 보호용 측면 플랩이 없는 제품의 경우 0.85 내지 1.0의 범위이고, 보호용 측면 플랩이 있는 제품의 경우 0.7 내지 0.9의 범위인 흡수 제품.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가멘트 대향면에 수직인 축을 따른 제품의 최대 두께가 3mm이하, 바람직하게는 0.5mm 내지 1.5mm의 범위인 흡수 제품.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가멘트 대향면에 평행한 한방향이상, 바람직하게는 서로 평행하지는 않지만 가멘트 대향면에 둘 모두 평행인 두방향으로 탄성적으로 연신가능한 흡수 제품.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합 필름이 200㎛m 이하, 바람직하게는 100㎛ 이하의 구멍을 갖는 미세다공성 필름인 흡수 제품.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합 필름이 제1유체 운반 방향 및 이에 반대되는 제2유체 운반 방향을 갖고, 내부층이 제1운반 방향이 외부층으로부터 흡수 코어를 향하도록 배향되고, 천공 필름이 제1유체 운반 방향으로의 유체 운반을 가능하게 하고, 이때 제1유체 운반 방향으로의 유체 운반량은 천공 필름을 가로지른 동일한 감압하에 제2유체 운반 방향으로의 유체 운반량보다 더 많은 흡수 제품.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 필름이 깔대기형 구명을 갖고, 더 큰 깔대기 개구로부터 더 작은 깔대기 개구로의 방향이 상기 제1유체 운반 방향에 평행한 흡수 제품.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 팬티 라이너인 흡수 제품.
