Abstract
본 발명의 목적은 16:9 텔레비젼의 영상 확장 기능을 수반하는 자막 이동 처리에 기인한 화상의 구별성(distinct)을 해소하기 위해 자막만이 이동될 수 있는 자막 이동 소자를 제공하는 것이다. 입력(1)으로부터의 입력 영상 신호는, 영상 신호에 대응하는 영상 정보를 발생시키는 A/D 변환기(2)를 통해 움직임 검출부(3)에 입력된다. 영상 정보에 대한 움직임 검출 처리 및 Y/C 분리 처리를 수행한 후, 움직임 검출부(3)는, 제어 신호 발생부(5)가 접속되는 메모리(4)에 정지 휘도 정보를 출력한다.
