Abstract

  2. 제1표면 및 제2표면을 가지며,상기 제1 및 상기 제2표면이 중간 부위에 의해 서로 분리되어 있는 유체 투과성, 천공되고 성형된 필름 웹으로서, 상기 웹은 상기 제1표면상에서 피복되는 것이 바람직하며, 거시적으로 팽창되는 것이 바람직하며, 상기 웹의 상기 제1표면이 상기 중간부위보다 적은 표면에너지를 나타내고, 상기 중간부위가 상기 제2표면보다 적은 표면에너지를 나타내는 것이 바람직하고, 상기 웹의 상기 제1표면이 상이한 표면에너지를 나타내는 복수의 대역을 포함하는 것이 바람직함을 특징으로 하는 유체투과성 웹.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 웹이 미세천공된 성형 필름임을 또한 특징으로 하는 유체투과성 웹.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 웹이 불연속의 화산같은 표면수차를 포함하고, 상기 표면수차가 각각 적어도 하나의 미세천공을 포함함을 또한 특징으로 하는 유체 투과성 웹.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 미세천공된 성형필름이 복수의 미세천공들을 포함하고, 적어도 일부의 상기 미세천공이 상기 피복에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 차단됨을 또한 특징으로 하는 유체투과성 웹.
  6. 제2항내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 천공되고, 성형된 필름이 제1층 및 제2층을 갖는 다층필름을 포함하고, 상기 제2층이 상기 제1층의 연성보다 큰 연성을 가지며, 상기 제2층이 상기 제1층의 표면에너지보다 큰 표면에너지를 가짐을 또한 특징으로 하는 유체투과성 웹.
  7. 제1표면 및 제2표면을 가지며, 상기 제1 및 상기 제2표면이 중간부위에 의해 서로 분리되어 있는 피복되고, 부직의 유체누과성 웹으로서, 상기 웹의 상기 제1표면은 그위에 유체불투과성 피복과 상기 피복으로부터 상기 웹의 상기 제2표면으로 연장되어 상기 웹을 유체투과성으로 만드는 복수의 천공을 가지며, 상기 피복이 상기 중간부위보다 적은 표면에너지를 나타내고, 상기 중간 부위가 상기 제2표면보다 적은 표면에너지를 나타내는 것이 바람직하고, 상기 웹의 상기 제1표면이 상이한 표면에너지를 나타내는 복수의 대역을 포함하는 것이 바람직함을 특징으로 하는 웹.
  8. 상부시이트, 상기 상부시이트에 고정된 배면시이트 및 상기 상부시이트와 상기 배면시이트사이에 위치한 흡수코어를 포함하고, 바람직하게는 상기 상부시이트와 상기 흡수 코어사이에 위치한 포착층을 또한 포함하고, 종방향 축, 상기 종방향 축에 수직인 횡방향 축 및 상기 종방향 축 및 상기 횡방향 축 모두에 대해 수직으로 연장되어 있는 "Z" 축을 갖는 흡수제품으로서, 상기 상부시이트가 제1표면 및 제2표면을 가지며, 상기 제1및 제2표면이 중간 부위에 의해 서로 분리되어 있고, 상기 상부시이트의 상기 제1표면이 상기 중간부위보다 적은 표면에너지를 나타내고, 상기 상부시이트의 상기 제1표면이 상이한 표면에너지를 나타내는 복수의 대역을 포함하는 것이 바랍직하고, 상기 대역이 상기 종방향축에 대해 실질적으로 평행한 방향으로 연장되는 것이 바람직한 흡수제품.

  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 상부시이트가 피복되고, 천공된 부직 웹임을 또한 특징으로 하는 흡수 제품.
