Abstract
표면 특히 기록매체(9)의 정보표면을 광학적으로 스캐닝하기 위한 광학 유닛(1). 상기 유닛은 프레임(13), 방사원 유닛(15), 회전 거울 유닛(17), 그리고 정보표면에 스캐닝 점을 형성하기 위한 목표 시스템(19)으로 구성되며, 상기 목표 시스템은 도입 동공(19b)과 광학축(19a)를 갖는다. 적절한 관점으로부터 상기 회전 거울 유닛은 방사원 유닛과 목표 시스템사이에 위치하며, 매달림 수단은 광축을 따라 목표 시스템의 세로운동과 광축과 도입 동공을 가로지르는 점과 일치하는 선회축 주위를 목표 시스템의 선회운동을 허용한다. 가동 수단은 상기 운동에 따라 목표 시스템을 구동한다.

Claims (6)
- 프레임, 방사원 유닛, 회전 거울 유닛 그리고 표면에서 스캐닝 점을 형성하기 위한 수단으로 구성되는 표면을 광학적으로 스캐닝하기 위한 광학 유닛에 있어서, 상기 스캐닝 점을 형성하기 위한 수단은 도입동공과 광축을 가지는 목표 시스템, 도면의 광점으로부터 방사원 유닛과 목표 시스템 사이에 위치하는 회전 거울 유닛, 프레임에 대하여 목표 시스템을 움직일 수 있게 지지하기 위하여 제공되며 광축을 따라 목표 시스템의 세로 운동과 광축과 도입동공의 교차점과 적어도 실질적으로 일치하는 선회축 주위로 목표 시스템의 선회운동을 허용하는 매달기 수단 그리고 상기 운동에 따라 목표 시스템을 구동하기 위하여 제공되는 구동수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매달기 수단은 도입 동공가까이에 위치하는 제1 매달기 수단, 광축을 따라서 도시된 도입 동공으로부터 떨어져 있는 제2 매달기 수단을 포함하며, 상기 매달기 유닛들은 상기 목표 시스템을 프레임에 연결하고 상기 목표 시스템의 세로운동과 적어도 실질적으로 도입 동공에서 광축을 가로지르게 위치하는 선회축 주위로의 선회운동을 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 유닛.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가동수단은 전기 코일 유닛과 영구 자석 유닛으로 구성되며, 상기 유닛들중 하나는 목표 시스템에 고착되고 다른 하나는 프레임에 고착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 유닛.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전자기 수단은 도입 동공으로부터 간격을 두고있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 유닛.
- 광학 배열체에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서의 광학유닛을 포함하며 또한 스캐닝하기 위하여 표면을 이동하기 위한 수단과 상호관련되는 광학 유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 배열체.
- 광학 배열체에 있어서, 제2항의 광학 유닛을 포함하고 또한 상기 표면을 형성하는 정보표면으로 구성되는 광학 테이프를 광학 유닛의 목표 시스템을 통과하여 움직이게 하기 위한 구동수단을 포함하며, 상기 광학 테이프의 일부는 적어도 실질적으로 목표 시스템의 선회축에 수직으로 신장되는 테이프 이송 방향을 가지는 목표 시스템과 마주하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 배열체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
