Abstract

본 발명은 전자파 차단용 직물에 관한 것으로 특히 동선(20) 및 동박선(30)이 면사(10)와 함께 직조된 직물을 제공하여 각종 전자기 장치와 전기 매트, 전기장판, 전기온돌, 전열싸우나, 전열허리벨트의 커버는 물론 강한 전자기파가 방출되는 전자기 장치의 생산라인 및 검사작업시 보호복 등으로 제작하여 사용할 수 있게 함으로써 전자기파로부터 사람을 보호할 수 있고, 전자기파로 인한 전자기장치 상호간의 간섭을 방지할 수 있게 한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 2개 이상의동선(20)을 경사(경사)측에 일정간격으로 넣고 위사(緯社)측에는 일정간격으로 동박선(30)을 넣어 면사(10)와 함께 직조하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 차단용 직물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동선(20)의 끝에 노이즈 필터(40)를 달아서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 차단용 직물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 320매쉬의 세라믹 원료 80ｇ에 디하여 구리분말 36g, 주석분말36g, 망간분말 18g, 백금분말 10g을 혼합한 원적외선 발열분 조성물을 촉매제에 희석하여 동선(20) 및 동박선(30)이 일정간격으로 배열되게 직조된 직물 위에 0.2∼0.3㎜ 두께로 코팅하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 차단용 직물.
