Abstract

본 발명은 광픽업 액츄에이터의 플렉서블 피씨비 납땜장치에 관한 것으로서, 픽업 베이스(10)의 홀로그램 끼움공(12)에 끼워져 레이저광을 전방으로 조사하고, 배면에 다수개의 다리(14)가 형성된 홀로그램 소자(15)와, 상기 홀로그램 소자(15)의 다리(14)에 끼워져 전원을 공급하는 연질의 플렉시블 피씨비(16)로 구성된 광픽업으로서, 상기 픽업 베이스(10)가 상부면에 안치되고, 저면을 받쳐주는 픽업 베이스 받침부재(20)와, 상기 픽업 베이스 받침부재(20)를 상부면에서 눌러고정시키는 픽업 베이스 누름부재(30)와, 상기 픽업 베이스 누름부재(30)에 눌려서 고정된 픽업 베이스(10)의 홀로그램 끼움공(12)에 끼워져 고정된 홀로그램 소자(15)의 다리(14)에 플렉서블 피씨비(16)의 다리끼움공(18)의 삽입 고정시키는 플렉서블 피씨비 이송부재(40)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 액츄에이터의 플렉서블 피씨비 끼움장치인바, 플렉서블 피씨비의 납땜 조립작업을 간단하고 편리하게 하도록 해준다.

Claims (5)

  1. 픽업 베이스(10)의 홀로그램 끼움공(12)에 끼워져 레이저광을 전방으로 조사하고, 배면에 다수개의 다리(14)가 형성된 홀로그램 소자(15)와, 상기 홀로그램 소자(15)의 다리(14)에 끼워져 전원을 공급하는 연질의 플렉시블 피씨비(16)로 구성된 광픽업으로서, 상기 픽업 베이스(10)가 상부면에 안치되고, 저면을 받쳐주는 픽업 베이스 받침부재(20)와, 상기 픽업 베이스 받침부재(20)를 상부면에서 눌러 고정시키는 픽업 베이스 누름부재(30)와, 상기 픽업 베이스 누름부재(30)에 눌려서 고정된 픽업 베이스(10)의 홀로그램 끼움공(12)에 끼워져 고정된 홀로그램 소자(15)의 다리(14)에 플렉서블 피씨비(16)의 다리끼움공(18)의 삽입 고정시키는 플렉서블 피씨비 이송부재(40)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 액츄에이터의 플렉서블 피씨비 끼움장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 픽업 베이스 받침부재(20)는 상기 픽업 베이스(10)의 저면을 받쳐주도록 일정한 면적과 두께를 갖는 사각 형상의 받침판(21)과, 상기 받침판(21)의 상부면에 돌출되고, 픽업 베이스(10)의 가이드공(11)이 끼워져 고정되는 고정축(25)이 돌출 형성된 고정지그(22)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 액츄에이터의 플렉서블 피씨비 끼움장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 픽업 베이스 누름부재(30)는 상기 픽업 베이스 받침부재(20)의 고정지그(22) 상에 고정되어 픽업 베이스(10)의 상부면을 눌러주는 절곡부(33)가 하향 형성된 누름판(32)과, 상기 누름판(32)에 형성된 관통공(34)으로끼워져 누름판(32)을 고정지그(22)사에 형성된 나사공(23)에 체결 고정시키는 다수개의 고정나사(36)로 구성된 것을특징으로 하는 광픽업 액츄에이터의 플렉서블 피씨비 끼움장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플렉서블 피씨비 이송부재(40)는 상기 받침판(21)상에 형성되어 일정한 간격을 갖고 수평으로 형성된 안내레일(41)과, 상기 안내레일(41)에 결합되는 안내홈(43)이 저면에 형성되어 픽업 베이스(10)에 고정된 홀로그램 소자(15)의 다리(14)로 이동하는 이동지그(42)와, 상기 이동지그(42)의 일측으로 돌출되고, 상기 플렉서블 피씨비(16)의 설치공(17)에 끼워져 플렉서블 피씨비(16)의 다리 끼움공(18)을 홀로그램 소자(15)의 다리(14)에 밀어 넣는 끼움돌기(46)와, 상기 이동지그(42)를 수평으로 밀을 수 있도록 상부면에 형성된 손잡이(44)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 액츄에이터의 플렉서블 피씨비 끼움장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 끼움돌기(46)의 외측에는 플렉서블 피씨비(16)를 홀로 그램 소자(15)측으로 밀어주는 누름돌기(47)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 액츄에이터의 플렉서블 피씨비 끼움장치.
