본 발명은 자동판매기의 원료통에 관한 것이다. 종래 원료통은 상부의 주몸체부의 양측벽 하단연부에 “U”자형 단면의 결합홈부를 형성하여 하단의 스크류 하우징부의 양측벽 상단 연부가 삽입 결합되도록 구성되어 있으므로 주몸체부와 스크류 하우징부의 결합이 기밀하게 이루어지지 않아 원료의 누출이 생길뿐만 아니라 주몸체부의 양측벽이 벌어지는 것을 방지하기 위하여 별도의 지지봉 양측을 양측벽 내면에 데고 고정나사로 체결 고정하고 주몸체부와 스크류 하우징부를 별도의 고정나사에 의하여 체결고정하고 원료굳음방지수단을 구성하는 돌기휠을 축설함에 있어서 별도의 축핀을 끼워 지지하는 것이므로 부품수가 많아지고 조립이 번거롭게 되는 등의 문제점이 있었다. 본 발명은 주몸체부의 양측벽 하단여부를 스크류 하우징부의 양측벽 상단에 형성된 결합홈에 삽입하며, 주몸체부의 양측벽 하단연부와 결합홈 바닥면에 실링부재를 삽입함으로써 주몸체부와 스크류 하우징부의 결합이 기밀하게 이루어져 원료의 누출을 확실하게 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 주몸체부와 스크류 하우징부를 고정결합함에 있어서 별도의 고정나사를 사용하지 않고 주몸체부에 형성된 탄성후크를 스크류 하우징부에 천공된 고정공에 끼우는 것에 의하여 원터치식으로 간편하게 고정결합할 수 있고, 주몸체부의 양측벽에 서로 연결되는 연결부를 일체로 형성함과 아울러 원료굳음방지수단의 돌기휠에 일체로 형성된 축을 스크류 하우징부의 양측벽 상단에 형성된 축받이홈에 끼워 축설함으로써 부품수가 감소되고 조립생산성 향상과 원가절감을 기할 수 있게 되는 것이다.The present invention relates to a raw material container for a vending machine.
