Abstract
본 발명은 픽셀전극의 전압강하를 보상하는 TFT-LCD 구동방법에 관한 것이다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명에 따른 액정표시장치의 구동방법은 공통전극의 전압에 의해 액정표시장치를 구동하는데 있어서, 게이트 구동 펄스에 의해 액정의 픽셀전압이 상승할 때 상기 공통전극의 전압을 소정변위로 상승시키고, 상기 액정의 픽셀전압이 최대로 충전될 때 공통전극의 전압을 상승된 소정변위로 하강시킴을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 액정에서 빠져나간 전압을 보상하여 30Hz의 플리커현상을 방지하므로서 액정 디스플레이의 회절을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.The present invention relates to a TFT-LCD driving method for compensating a voltage drop of a pixel electrode.
