본 발명은 폐가스 소각장치에 관한 것으로, 복수개의 버너가 설치되고 열저장식 제1세라믹베드가 내장된 소각로; 상기 소각로에 설치되며 배출팬과 배출댐퍼를 가진 정화가스 배기관; 상기 소각로에 설치되며 유입댐퍼를 가진 복수개의 오븐 악취가스 유입관; 상기 소각로에 설치되며 송입댐퍼를 가진 신선외기 유입관; 상기 소각로에 입/출구가 설치되고 순환팬을 가지며 일부가 소각로내의 열저장식 제1세라믹배드에 설치된 복수개의 상기 버너용 연소공기 순환관; 상기 오븐 악취가스 유입관의 일부와 상기 버너용 연소용기 순환관의 일부가 설치된 복수개의 열저장식 제2세라믹벤드; 그리고 상기 정화가스 배기관의 일부와 흡기팬을 가진 배기열 이용관의 일부가 설치된 열저장식 제3세라믹베드로 폐가스 소각장치를 구성한 것이다.The present invention relates to a waste gas incineration apparatus, comprising: an incinerator having a plurality of burners installed therein and having a first heat storage type ceramic bed; A purge gas exhaust pipe installed in the incinerator and having a discharge fan and a discharge damper; A plurality of oven odor gas inlet pipes installed in the incinerator and having inlet dampers; Fresh air inlet pipe installed in the incinerator and having an intake damper; A plurality of burner air circulation pipes having an inlet / outlet installed at the incinerator and having a circulation fan, a part of which is installed at a heat storage type first ceramic bed in the incinerator; A plurality of heat storage type second ceramic bends in which a part of the oven odor gas inlet pipe and a part of the burner circulation pipe for the burner are installed; In addition, the waste gas incinerator is configured as a heat storage type third ceramic bed provided with a part of the purification gas exhaust pipe and a part of the exhaust heat utilization pipe having an intake fan.
