Abstract
본 발명은 스티렌계 얼로이수지를 개선하기 위한 것으로 우수한 기계적 물성 및 유동성을 유지하면서도 뛰어난 내후성을 지닌 열가소성 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent weather resistance while maintaining excellent mechanical properties and fluidity for improving a styrene-based alley reservoir.
본 발명의 조성물은 전체 수지 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 (A) (a1)스티렌계 중합체 40∼80중량%, (a2)염소화 폴리에틸렌 5-35중량%, (a3)에틸렌-프로필렌계 고무 0-35중량%, (a4)변성 에틸렌-프로필렌계 고무 0-중량%로 이루어진 AECS수지 50-100중량%, (B)그라프트 공중합한 아크릴로게이트 고무-아크릴니트릴-스티렌계 공중합체 수지(ASA 0-50중량%로 이루어진 스티렌계 공중합체 수지 20-80중량부, (C)폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 20-80중량부, (D)탄소섬유 5-50중량부로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 한다.The composition of the present invention comprises (A3) 40 to 80% by weight of a styrene polymer, (a2) 5 to 35% by weight of chlorinated polyethylene, (a3) ethylene-propylene rubber 0-35 (B) an acrylated rubber-acrylonitrile-styrenic copolymer resin (ASA 0-weight%), (B) a graft copolymerized acrylonitrile- (C) 20 to 80 parts by weight of polybutylene terephthalate, and (D) 5 to 50 parts by weight of carbon fibers.
