Abstract
본 발명은 스테인레스강 및 탄소강 제조용 정련로의 부분보수에 이용되는 스프레이제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 입경1mm이상의 마그네시아클링커나, 돌로마이트클링커, 또는 이들 2중의 혼합물을 액상페놀레진1∼6중량% 과 혼련하고 건조, 고화시키는 과정을 1회이상 반복하여 제조한 것을 입경1mm이상의 원료로써, 사용하도록 하여서 된 것이다.The present invention relates to a spray composition used for partial repair of a smelting furnace for manufacturing stainless steel and carbon steel, wherein a magnesia clinker having a particle size of 1 mm or more, a dolomite clinker, or a mixture thereof is kneaded with 1 to 6 wt% of liquid phenol resin. It was made to use what was manufactured by repeating the drying and solidifying process more than once as a raw material with a particle diameter of 1 mm or more.
