본 발명은 오, 폐수속에 섞여있는 각종 협작물을 잘게 부숴주는 파쇄장치에 관한 것으로서, 종래의 파쇄장치는 원판형의 상하 고정칼날판(3a)(3b)사이에서 직선형의 회전칼날판(2)이 회전되는 것으로서 소음 발생이 크고 상하 고정칼날 사이에 협잡물이 잘 끼여 회전칼날이 회전되지 못함에 따라 모터에 심한 부하가 걸려 고장률이 잦으며, 특히 파쇄장치의 유입구(5)가 수심 깊은 곳에 위치하고 있어서, 수면에 떠있는 협잡물들이 신속하게 파쇄장치로 유입되지 못하는 결점이 있다. 이에 따라 본 발명은 원통형의 파쇄탱크(10)내부 중앙에는 모터(12)로 회동되는 샤프트(11)에 다수의 회전칼날판(20)을 다층으로 축설하고, 각 회전칼날판(20)의 상하에는 상하 고정칼날(21)(22)을 소정간격의 지그재그 형태로 돌설하며, 파쇄탱크(10)의 하측 유입관(15)상부에는 나봉(52)을 따라승강되는 수위조절관(50)을 설치하여 파쇄탱크(10)의 상하 고정칼날(21)(22)사이가 막힐우려가 없음에 따라 회전칼날판(20)이 원활하게 파쇄작동을 하면서도 기계적 소음이적고 처리조로 유입되는 오. 폐수의 수위에 따라 파쇄탱크(10)의 유입구(51)높이를 손쉽게 조절하여 수면에 위치하는 각종 협잡물이 유입구로 원활히 유입되어 파쇄되도록 한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
