Abstract
자동차용 클러치 허브는 인발봉을 절삭하여 제조하고 있으나 우선 절삭 기능이 낮은 경우 작업자에 따라 오차가 많으며 금속조직(metal flow)이 단절되어 강도가 약해진다. 따라서 본 발명자는 1991-1931호 특허출원에서 냉간단조 성형법을 외형성형에서 시작하여 내부를 성형하는 방법을 제시하였으나 외부치형이 변형되어 오차가 큰 단점이 있었다.본 발명은 인발봉을 대략적인형으로 외형으로 형성한 후, 내경을 선단막(11)만을 남기도록 성형하고 이어서 선단막만을 피어싱 펀치로 제거한 다음 최종적으로 비대칭의 외형치형과 토오숀스프링 장착홈을 형성함으로써 금속 조직이 그대로 잔류한 채 강한 내구성을 갖으며 고정밀성의 클러치 허브를 성형하게 되었다.Although the clutch hub for automobile is manufactured by cutting the pull rod, when the cutting function is low, there are many errors according to the operator and the metal flow is cut off and the strength is weakened.
