Abstract

본 발명은 열교환파이프의 표면 및 핀표면, 그리고 열교환몸체의 내부표면에 테프론(TEFLON), 법랑, 내열도료 및 세라믹(CERAMIC)등으로 표면 피막처리하므로 동재질의 콘덴싱방식 열교환기로 적용가능할 뿐만 아니라 고부하로도 사용가능하고 비례제어방식의 저부하상태로 운전할 수 있는 가스보일러의 열교환기에 관한 것으로, 열교환몸체(2) 및 연소실에 열교환파이프(3)를 통해 일정간격의 다수 핀(1)이 브레이징용접되는 열교환기에 있어서, 상기 열교환파이프(3)의 표면 및 핀(1)표면, 그리고 열교환몸체(2)의 내부표면에 테프론, 법랑, 내열도료 및 세라믹등으로 표면 피막(8)처리하여 고용량화 및 동일용량대비의 크기 소형화된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스보일러의 열교환기.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 관한 가스보일러의 열교환기를 도시해 놓은 사시도, 제2도는 제1도에 도시된 열교환파이프와 핀을 상세히 도시해 놓은 단면도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 열교환몸체(2) 및 연소실에 열교환파이프(3)을 통해 일정간격의 다수 핀(1)이 브레이징용접되는 열교환기에 있어서, 상기 열교환파이프(3)의 표면 및 핀(1)표면, 그리고 열교환몸체(2)의 내부표면에 테프론, 법랑, 내열도료 및 세라믹등으로 표면 피막(8)처리하여 고용량화 및 동일용량대비의 크기가 소형화된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스보일러의 열교환기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피막처리(8)된 핀(1)과 핀(1)사이의 거리를 2-3㎜로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 가스보일러의 열교환기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열교화기가 동재질의 콘덴생방식 열교환기로 적용가능하며 고부하로도 사용가능하고 비례제어방식의 저부하상태로 운전가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 가스보일러의 열교환기.
