Abstract
본 발명은 타이어 트레드부분의 회전저항을 최소화하고 내마모성 및 컷앤칩(cut & chip) 특성도 동시에 개선시킨 타이어 트레드용 고무조성물에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a rubber composition for a tire tread which minimizes the rolling resistance of the tire tread portion and improves abrasion resistance and cut & chip characteristics at the same time.
본 발명의 고무조성물은 시스기 30∼40%, 트랜스기 50∼60%, 비닐기 10∼15%의 미세구조를 가지며 유리전이온도가 -75∼-85℃인 용액중합스티렌-부타디엔고무 70∼90중량부와 시스기가 90∼98% 이상이고 유리전이온도가 -100∼-110℃인 부타디엔 고무 30∼50중량부로 이루어진 고무성분 100중량부에 대하여 요오드 흡착가가 110∼130mg/g이며 DBP 흡수가가 115∼135cc/100g이고 착색도는 115∼130%인 카본블랙 30∼70중량부, BET 측정에 의한 표면적이 160∼180m2/g 이고 디옥틸프탈레이트 흡수가가 240∼260cc/100g인 실리카 20∼60중량부, 상기 실리카 100중량부에 대하여 실란커프링제 5∼10중량부와 디에틸렌글리콜 3∼7중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 한다.The rubber composition of the present invention is a solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber having a microstructure of 30 to 40% in the cis period, 50 to 60% in the trans group, 10 to 15% in the vinyl group, and a glass transition temperature of -75 to -85 Based on 100 parts by weight of a rubber component comprising 30 to 50 parts by weight of a butadiene rubber having a cis ratio of 90 to 98% or more and a glass transition temperature of -100 to -110 DEG C, an iodine adsorption value of 110 to 130 mg / g and a DBP absorption 30 to 70 parts by weight of carbon black having a coloring degree of 115 to 130%, a silica having a surface area of 160 to 180 m 2 / g and a dioctyl phthalate absorption of 240 to 260 cc / , 5 to 10 parts by weight of a silane curing agent and 3 to 7 parts by weight of diethylene glycol with respect to 100 parts by weight of the silica.
