Abstract

본 발명은 백업메모리회로에 응용이 가능하게 한 차량충돌방지장치에서의 백업방법 및 장치를 제공하는데있다. 특히 기존의 백업장치는 대표적인 예가 EEPROM 이나 SRAM등의 장치가 있는데 자동차용으로서는 SRAM등은 실제로 EEPROM보다 더 고기이다. 이런 경우에 EEPROM은 그 수명이 문제가 될 수 있으므로 그의 관리 여부에 따라서는 그의 최대 수명까지 사용하는 것이 가능하다. 그런데 기존의 백업장치는 일정한 번지에 집중적으로 라이팅되므로 해당번지가 다른 영역에 비해 훨신 많은 사용 빈도를 갖게 된다. 그리하여 본 발명은 차량충돌방지장치에서 선행차 및 주행정보를 기록하여 주는 경우에 사고분석 및 원인판단에 유용한 역할을 할 수 있다. 이러한 장치에서의 백업용 메모리는 자동차 수명 및 메모리 가격등을 고려하여 선정되므로 적절한 메모리 관리가 요구된다. 특히 본 발명은 메모리를 순차적으로 사용되고 이의 경우에 한 상황의 시작점과 끝점을 표시하는 방법으로 모든 영역을 사용할 수 있게 하여 사고분석 및 원인판단에 유용한 역할을 할 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.The present invention provides a backup method and apparatus in a vehicle collision avoidance apparatus that can be applied to a backup memory circuit.
