PCB 자동 조립 공정의 통합 관리방법을 공개한다. 그 방법은 계획 정보와 기준 정보를 참조로 하여 각 공정 별로 전개된 계획을 조종하여 부하 계획을 수립하는 부하 계획 과정, 상기 부하 계획 과정에 의해 발생되는 부하 정보와 상기 기준 정보에 따라 각 설비별 작업 순서를 결정하기 위한 작업 계획 과정, 상기 작업 계획 과정을 통해 발생되는 순서정보에 따라 자동화 기기들을 제어함에 의해 작업을 수행하기 위한 작업 지시 과정, 상기 작업 지시 과정을 통해 수행되는 작업의 결과에 따라 발생되는 실적 정보를 집계하는 실적 집계 과정, 상기 기준 정보와 상기 실적 집계 과정을 통해 발생되는 실적 집계 정보에 따라 사용 자재 정보를 발생하는 공정 자재 관리 과정, 및 상기 사용 자재 정보를 이용하여 자재를 관리하는 자재 관리 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면 PCB 자동 조립 공정을 자동화함으로써, 생산 효율을 극대화할 수 있다.We disclose integrated management method of PCB auto assembly process.
