Abstract
본 발명은 수중용 펌프에 있어 모터의 구동시 발생되는 열을 식혀 펌프의 과열을 방지함은 물론 모터의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있도록한 수중형 펌프의 냉각구조에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a cooling structure for a submersible pump, which can improve the efficiency of a motor as well as prevent overheating of the pump by cooling the heat generated when the motor is driven in the submersible pump.
종래 수중용 펌프의 냉각 구조는 밀폐된 구동축에 담겨진 냉각액에 의하여 모터의 냉각작용을 수행하므로서, 냉각액의 누출을 방지하기 위하여 마개로 이를 막아주어야만 하므로서, 펌프의 제작공정에 있어 자동화가 어렵게 되며, 또한 밀폐된 축안에 일정량의 냉각액이 들어가 있으므로 계속 가열되어 냉각액의 온도가 모터의 온도와 동일해질 경우에는 더 이상의 냉각효과를 기대하기 어려워 모터의 고정자에서 발생하는 열손실을 방열하는 데 한계가 있다.Conventionally, the cooling structure of the underwater pump performs the cooling action of the motor by the cooling liquid contained in the closed drive shaft, and thus it is necessary to prevent the cooling liquid from leaking, so that it is difficult to automate the manufacturing process of the pump.
