Abstract

염색조의 양단에 이송관을 접속하고, 이송관의 선단부에는 분사노즐부를 설치하여 엔드리스를 연결한 포백에 처리액을 분사하여, 염색조와 이송관을 순환시켜 염색하는 액류 염색기에 있어서 포백이 비틀어지는 일없이 이송관을 흐르도록 하는 분사노즐의 제공.
이 분사노즐은, 처리액(6) 이 분사하기 위한 약간의 틈새(15)에 소정의 간격으로 안내홈(16)을 형성하여, 안내홈(16)은 이송관(2)의 중심축으로 향하고 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 염색조의 양단에 이송관을 접속하고, 이송관의 선단부에는 분사노즐부를 설치하여 엔드리스로 연결한 포백에 처리액을 분사하여 흘러가게 하여, 상기 염색조와 이소관을 순환시켜 염색하는 액류 염색기의 분사노즐에 있어서, 해당 처리액이 분사하기 위한 약간의 틈새에는 송정의 간격으로 안내홈을 형성하고, 안내홈은 이송관의 중심축으로 향하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액류 염색기의 분사노즐.
