Abstract
본 발명은 충전시 외기 온도가 낮을 경우 충전하기 전에 배터리를 일정온도대 까지 예열시킨 후 충전함으로써 충.방전 효율을 높이도록 하는 전기자동차의 배터리 예열장치에 관한 것으로, 배터리의 주위온도를 감지하는 온도감지센서와, 상기 온도감지센서로부터 인가된 배터리온도 감지신호를 기준값과 비교하여 소정의 신호를 출력하는 비교기와, 상기 비교기의 출력신호에 따라 릴레이를 절환하는 제어부와, 상기 제어부의 제어에 따라 예열수단과 충전기 중 어느 한곳에 전원을 공급하는 릴레이와, 상기 릴레이의 접속에 의해 전원이 인가되어 배터리를 예열시키는 배터리 예열수단으로 구성되며; 상기 배터리 예열수단은 외주벽과 내주벽의 겹층구조로 이루어진 배터리 적재함을 형성하고, 상기 외주벽과 내주벽 사이에 절연체에 포위된 발열체가 설치된 구성으로 되어 있다.The present invention relates to a battery preheating apparatus for an electric vehicle that preheats a battery to a predetermined temperature before charging the battery when the outside air temperature is low during charging and then charges the battery to increase the charging and discharging efficiency.
