Abstract

본 발명은 강관의 자동정전 도장장치에 관한 것으로 더욱 구체적으로는 원형관이나 각형관으로 된 강관의 길이를 폭방향으로 하여 이송콘베어를 따라 순차적으로 진행시키면서 자동정전 도장을 할 수 있게하여 신속하고 양질을 제품으로 도장된 강관을 연속적으로 얻을 수 있도록 한 것이다.
즉 체인으로된 1,2차 이송콘베어(2)(2')를 소정간격으로 2열배치시키고 중첩부가 동일축선상에 놓여지게 연결한 다음 그 상부에 다수의 V형 이송방침대(3)를 각각 부착하며, 1차 이송콘베어(2)의 진행방향에 압축공기헤드(4)와 1차 정전도장실(5)과 가열건조실(6)과 냉각기(7)를 차례로 설치한 1차 도장부와, 2차 이송콘베어(2')의 진행방향에 2차정전도장실(5')과 가열건조실(6')과 냉각기(7')를 차례로 설치한 2차 도장부로 구성되어 연속적으로 강관을 도장하는 것을 특징으로 한 강관의 자동정전 도장장치이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 체인으로된 1, 2차 이송콘베어(2)(2')를 소정간격으로 2열배치시키고 중첩부가 동일축선상에 놓여지게 연결한 다음 그 상부에 다수의 “V”형 이송방침대(3)를 각각 부착하며, 1차 이송콘베어(2)의 진행방향에 압축공기헤드(4)와 1차 정전도장실(5)과 가열건조실(6)과 냉각기(7)를 차례로 설치한 1차 도장부와, 2차이송콘베어(2')의 진행방향에 2차정전도장실(5')과 가열건조실(6')과 냉각기(7')를 차례로 설치한 2차 도장부로 구성되어 연속적으로 강관을 도장하는 것을 특징으로 한 강관의 자동정전 도장장치.
