Abstract

본 발명은 튜브를 구비한 중공바늘이 강체상에 장착된 탄성 변형 가능한 지지부상에 고정되며, 상기 강체는 지지부의 순간적 탄성 변형에 의해 덮개로부터 해제될 수 있는 바늘을 덮기에 적합한 U형 단면의 보호 덮개내에서 연장하는 형태의, 혈액 샘플 채취 또는 주사용 바늘을 합체시키는 의료안전장치에 있어서, 상기 장치는 지지부의 어떠한 우발적 변형도 방지하기에 적합한 수축가능한 쇄정수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 튜브(2)를 구비한 중공바늘(1)이 강체(4)상에 장칙된 탄성변형 가능한 지지부(3) 상에 고정되며, 상기 강체(4)는 지지부(3)의 순간적 탄성 변형에 의해 덮개(5)로부터 해제될 수 있는 바늘(1)을 덮기에 적합한 U형 단면의 보호 덮개(5) 내에서 연장하는 형태의, 혈액 샘플 채취 또는 주사용 바늘을 합체시키는 의료안전장치에 있어서, 상기 장치는 지지부(3)의 어떠한 우발적 변형도 방지하기에 적합한 수축가능한 쇄정수단(7,11)을 포함하는 의료안전장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수축가능한 쇄정수단은 지지부(3)를 이격 히제 가능하게 탄성 이동가능하며, 지지부(3)를 커버하도록 정렬된 커버(7)로 구성되는 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 강성 재료로 제조된 상기 커버(7)는 상기 커버의 순간적 탄성 수축을 허용하는 힌지를 형성하는 후방부(9)에 의해 강체(4) 또는 덮개(5)를 결합시키는 아치형 프로파일의 요소(8)와 고정되는 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수축가능한 쇄정수단은 지지부(3)와 강체(4) 사이에 배치된 수직 슈(11)로 구성되며, 상기 슈(11)의 측방 수축은 상기 지지부(3)의 순간적 탄성 변형을 허용하는 장치.
