Abstract

본 발명은 터보 블로어의 진공 흡입력에 의해 곡물을 흡입 이송시키는데 사용하는 곡물 이송장치에 관한 것으로써, 특히 곡물 흡입관이 연결되는 흡입구의 내측으로 블로어와 이송 스크류 및 에어 흡입공을 갖는 곡물 이송회전체를 설치하여 모터와 벨트 및 플리로 연결하고, 상기 흡입구의 하측으로는 곡물 배출구가 연결되고, 상기 흡입구의 일측에는 에어분사로가 형성되어 터보 블로어가 모터에 연결 설치되어 곡물의 배출력을 향상시켜 곡물을 보다 신속하고 원할하게 이송시키면서 곡물에 섞여 있는 이물질도 용이하게 제거할 수 있으면서 장치를 구조도 간소화시켜 소형 경량화할 수 있어 설치 사용상 편리함을 줄 수 있고 제조원가도 절감시킬 수있도록 한 진공식 곡물 이송장치에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 진공식 곡물 이송장치를 구성함에 있어서, 곡물 흡입관(1)이 연결되는 흡입구(2)가 형성되는 흡입호퍼(3)의 내부로 블로어(4)와 이송 스크류(5)가 일제로 형성되는 곡물 이송회전체(7)를 회전축(8)상에 고정 설치하며, 상기 회전축(8)의 끝단에 플리 (9)를 설치하여 모터(10)와 벨트(11)로 연결하여 회전할 수 있게 구성하고, 상기 흡입호퍼(3)의 하측으로는 곡물 배출구(12)가 연결하고, 상기 흡입호퍼(3)의 일측에는 에어분사로(13)가 형성되어 곡물 배출구(12)와 연결되며 모터(10')에 의해 동작하는 터보 블로어(14)가 연결 설치되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 한 진공식 곡물 이송장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡입호퍼(3) 내부에 설치되는 이송회전체(7)의 둘레에는 곡물 흡입시 비산을 방지하면서 흡입력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 다수의 에어흡입공(6)이 형성되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 한 진공식 곡물 이송장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡입호퍼(3)와 연결되는 곡물 배출구(12)의 하측에는 이송되는 곡물의 낙하 이송을 원할하게 하기 위하여 경사 안내판(15)이 설치하여 구성함을 특징으로 한 진공식 곡물 이송장치.
