Abstract
본 발명은 코어레스 브러시레스 디씨(Coreless brushless D.C.)(이하 코어레스형 비엘디씨(BLDC)라 한다)모터에 관한 것으로, 특히 스테이터의 상/하부에 한쌍의 로터를 대칭구조로 배치하는 것에 의해 코어/코어레스형의 장점을 극대화시키고 단점을 제거하여 로터의 축방향 진동을 억제하고 고 토크(torque) 및 저소비전력화를 실현할 수 있는 더블 로터/스테이터 방식의 코어레스형 BLDC 모터에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 코어레스형 BLDC 모터는 다수 세트의 N극과 S극의 자석이 교대로 배치된 디스크형 제1 및 제2 로터와, 상기 로터의 중앙에 부싱을 통해 결합된 회전축과, 상기 회전축을 회전가능하게 지지하는 좌/우측 케이스와, 각각 상기 제1 및 제2 로터 사이에 소정의 간극을 두고 설치되어 상기 제1 및 제2 로터에 서로 반대방향인 전자기력을 인가하기 위해 다수의 보빈레스 스테이터 코일을 구비한 제1 및 제2 스테이터로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기한 바와 같이 본 발명에 있어서는 로터를 중심으로 대칭구조의 자기회로가 형성되기 때문에 축방향의 진동이 적으며, 토크가 크고 소비전력이 적은 고효율의 모터가 제공될 수 있다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
