Abstract
본 발명은 코일 보빈의 단면이 원형인 중곡축내에 봉형 코어가 삽입된 개자기 회로형의 엔진 점화코일 장치에 있어서, 폭이 다른 복수의 철판을 단면이 거의 원형에 가까운 형상이 되도록 적층하여 코어를 형성하고, 이렇게 철판을 적층하여 형성한 상기 코어를 그 적층방향에 대해서 직교하는 방향으로 복수 분할하여, 코일 보빈의 단면이 원형인 상기 중공 축내의 코어 점유율을 높이고, 상기 중공축내로의 코어 수납을 용이하게 하며, 상기 코어의 와전류손을 경감하여 2차 전압이 출력률을 향상시키는 것을 목적으로 한다.The present invention provides a self-circulating circuit type engine ignition coil apparatus in which a rod-shaped core is inserted into a circular curved shaft having a circular cross section of a coil bobbin, wherein a plurality of iron plates having different widths are laminated so that the cross section is almost circular. The core formed by laminating the steel plates is divided into a plurality of cores in a direction orthogonal to the stacking direction, to increase the core occupancy in the hollow shaft having a circular cross section of the coil bobbin, and to store the core into the hollow shaft. It is intended to facilitate, and to reduce the eddy current loss of the core to improve the output rate of the secondary voltage.
