Abstract

본 발명은 인체피부에 전혀 거부감을 주지 않으면서도 동(Copper:銅)을 혼존하는 카퍼사(Copper絲) 및 그 제조방법에 관한 거으로 0.03㎜ 동선을 면방적공적의 조방기에 면 또는 혼방스라이바(Sliver)와 함께 투입하되 투입로울러중 톱로울러의 직경을 35㎜로 특수제작하여 스라이바와 동선이 함께 투입될때 투입로울러면에서 동선이 받는 압력을 기존의 투입로울러압력(상,하 로울러의 직경이 동일한 경우)보다 크게 하므로서 동선이 스라이바에 의해 미끄러지지 않고 완전 파지되어 연산과절단이 되면서 0.020㎜-0.023㎜의 동선이 스라이바에 혼존되고 동선의 탈루방지콘덴서를 통해 동선혼존의 특수조사를 얻어 피부에 전혀 거부감을 주지 않는 카퍼사를 제공하는 것이다.

제5도는 본 발명에 사용하는 동선에 원적외선방사세라믹을 피복처리하는 공정예시도.

Claims (4)

  1. 동선을 조방 및 연조공정을 이용 단섬유화하여 면 또는 기타섬유와 혼방사로 방출한 카퍼사.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 동선에 원적외선방사세라믹을 도포하여 면 또는 기타섬유와 혼방서로 방출한 원적외선 방사베라믹 카퍼사.
  3. 조방공정의 1차연신부 톱로울러와 주연신부크레들로울러를 보턴로울러보다 직경이 35㎜크기로 하고, 1차연신부 사이에 탈루방지콘덴서를 설치하여 0.03㎜동선이 섬유속(束)으로 된 스라이바와 함께 투입로울러에 투입되어 직경0.020~0.023㎜로 연신되고 다시 연신을 받으면서 동선이 혼존된 특수조사를 얻거나, 연조공정의 1차연신부 사이에 탈루방지코넥타를 설치하여 스라이바에 0.020~0.023㎜의 동선을 혼존시켜서 동선혼조 스라이바사를 얻음을 특징으로 하는 카퍼사의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서 동선은 0.8μ의 원적외선방사세라믹분말이 혼합된 우레탄에나멜을 입혀서 됨을 특징으로 하는 원적외선방세라믹카퍼사의 제조방법.
