Abstract

본 발명에 따른 도배용 풀을 제조하는 방법은 밀가루 혹은 전분의 현택액을 제조하고 이 현탁액에 NaOH, LiOH, KOH, Ca(OH)2, Mg(HO)2등의 알칼리제를 투입하여 밀가루 혹은 전분을 호화시키고 충분한 교반을 한 후 완전히 호화가 되면 염산, 황산, 질산 등의 산을 투입하여 pH 6.0∼8.0으로 중화하여 풀을 제조하는 방법이다. 이때 사용되는 알칼리제는 경제적으로 가성소다가 가장 경제적이며 그 사용농도는 현탁액의 약 1.2%를 사용하는게 가장 우수하다. 마찬가지로 다른 알칼리제의 최적의 사용농도는 KOH는 2.3%, LiOH는 1.3%, Ca(OH)2가 6.5%, Mg(OH)2는 5.5%가 최적의 사용량으로 나타났다.A method for preparing a seedling pulp according to the present invention comprises preparing whey or starch suspension and adding an alkaline agent such as NaOH, LiOH, KOH, Ca (OH) 2 or Mg (HO) 2 to the suspension to prepare wheat flour or starch And the mixture is fully aged after sufficient agitation.
