Abstract
일반적인 식기세척기에 있어서는 이온 교환수지의 재생을 위해 급수되는 물의 종류 및 수질에 관계없이 업체에서 설정한 사용량에 준하여 임의의 유량을 사용하게 되어 있으므로 필요 이상으로 재생수를 사용하게 되고, 이로 인하여 이온교환수지 재생을 위한 염화나트륨의 낭비, 잦은 염화나트륨 교체에 의한 소비자의 불편함 및 염화나트륨 수용액의 유출에 의한 수질오염등을 유발하게 되는 결함이 있었는 바, 본 발명은 이를 해결하기 위하여, 1차적으로 물속에 녹아있는 총 이온 고형물의 농도인 TDS농도를 감지하고, 이 값을 근거로 사용자에 의해 선택된 수도수, 지하수에 따라 물속의 경도 성분의 농도를 2차적으로 환산하며, 이를 수온과 연관 환산하여 수질을 판단하도록 하였다.Regardless of the type of water and the quality of the water supplied for regeneration of the ion exchange resin in a general dishwasher, the regeneration water is used more than necessary because it is required to use an arbitrary flow rate in accordance with the usage amount set by the manufacturer.
